2 Bedroom 2 Bath Luxury Condo Facing The Slopes. Steps From Lift & Hot Tub/Poo

Enjoy this beautifully appointed 2 bedroom (8 person maximum occupancy) luxury condo that is closer to the lift than the ticket window and faces slope side. Unwind in the adjacent heated pool and hot/tub open during the winter and summer seasons. Whether you enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, golf, swimming, reconnecting with family and friends, or just relaxing, this condo is for you!

The master bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with an attached bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. A second bathroom is located across the hall from the second bedroom and has a combined shower/bathtub. There are bluetooth speakers/charging station alarm clocks in each bedroom.

This family friendly unit has games, toys, DVDs, and books. There are 3 flat screen televisions with cable TV, DVD players a docking station (not lightning cable) and bluetooth speaker in the unit. WiFi is available in the unit and the building hearth room.

The kitchen is well stocked with a crockpot, griddle, blender, mixer, Keurig and regular coffee maker, and pots and pans to name a few. Kitchen basics such as spices, oil, sugar, flour, ziploc baggies, etc.. are also available for your use.

Ceiling fans with lights are located in the master bedroom and family room. Additional floor fans and evaporative cooler fans are in each bedroom and the family room. The unit does not have air conditioning, but feel free to open the windows and enjoy the cool mountain air (just make sure to close them when you leave).

Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

You will have access to a parking space for one car either in the heated garage or in front of the building, a ski locker, and the community swimming pool and hot tub. No need to worry about keys during your stay as the building, gargae, and unit utilize keypad locks.

POOL Hours: The pool/hot tub is historically closed from last day of ski season - start of Memorial Day weekend and October to opening weekend in December. (There are pools nearby that you can use at Snow Mountain Ranch and the Fraser Rec Center for a small fee.)

Amazing as always

We go to granny each year for our annual ski trip. We work our trip around the availability of this condo. Very nice and owner is so easy to work with. She is readily available if you call. Fantastic!

A great family getaway!!

We truly enjoyed our time at Base One in Granby Ranch. The location is ideal for families that like to take a break mid-day for a rest/lunch. The ski in/out is very convienent and it’s also nice having our own ski locker to put all of our belongings in. The condo had all of the ammenities and so much more. We enjoyed going to the pool and hotub at night envethough it was cold outside, it was perfect being in the water. Suzanne was great and was quick to respond to some of our last minute questions. Already looking into coming back for next year!!

Perfect Family Condo

I almost hate to leave a review because I would like to keep this my little secret. The accommodations in this condo at Granby Ranch were top notch! It was a great place for our family of five to stay and ski. Very convenient to the ski lifts, condo is very clean and extremely well equipped. We loved the view on the slope side. We had a fabulous trip and will definitely be returning.

Under the full sized bunk beds it was filthy.

Owner's Response: I am sorry that when the bunk beds were moved it was dirty. That is certainly not up to the standards and experience I try to provide for my guests. The carpet and tiles are professionally cleaned yearly and large furniture such as the bunk beds and couches get moved for deep cleaning during the off season. The bathrooms have can lights which are equipped with the highest wattage bulbs they are rated for. I am glad that I was able to accommodate your last minute request for an additional night stay and was happy to offer a late check out. My unit is ideally located for all the mountain fun!

Loved this condo!

This was out first trip to Colorado, we were there for a wedding and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The condo was so comfortable, it was like staying at home only the towels and views were much nicer! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, there are lots of movies and games to play and the view from the balcony was great for our morning coffee.

Suzanne was super responsive, she had great suggestions on things to see in the area and answered my texts immediately. We road up the chair lift and hiked down one of the many hiking trails. We would have loved to mountain bike down but just ran out of time. There are so many beautiful spots and hiking trails in short driving distance from the condo, the town of Grand Lake was super cute and the Rocky Mountain National Park drive was breath taking.

We highly recommend this condo and hope to come back when we have more time to explore.

There is nothing as relaxing as sitting on the balcony watching the wildlife, weddings, skiers, or mountain bikers while you enjoy a nice bottle of wine or cup of coffee. We also enjoy all the activities available in the area for children and families which include golf, swimming, horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, shopping, skiing, snowboarding, snoeshowing, and tubing/sledding.

Nestled between Winter Park and Grand Lake there are many outdoor activities for all seasons. Skiing/snowboarding, snowshoeing, downhill mountain biking, cross county mountain biking, hiking, chair lift rides, swimming, and hot tub are available (in their respective seasons) right outside the unit. The ski lodge and Granby Ranch grill, as well as the ski/bike shop/rental is located right next door. It is a short drive to explore downtown Winter Park, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park and Trail Ridge Road.

The summer season offers the Alpine Slide in Winter Park, golf at 3 nearby golf courses, boating, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, horseback riding, hot springs and fishing.

In the winter there is skiing/snowboarding at Ski Granby Ranch or Winter Park/Mary Jane as well as cross country skiing, tubing in Fraser or Winter Park, swimming/hot tub, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides and hot springs are also nearby.
