LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! - Our townhome is situated in a nice, family friendly complex directly across the street from the Disneyland & the Downtown Disney parking lots - you literally cannot get any closer than this... And our home is one of the few condos most close to Disney in this complex! From our front door it's an easy stroll directly across the street to the Mickey and Friends free tram and/or Downtown Disney(about 5 minutes walk). If you already have your pass, you can also use the Monorail from Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Tomorrowland. Save $17/$34 Disney Parking per day.

We were able to take an airport shuttle to the Disneyland Hotel and walk to this condo. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We used Vons grocery delivery (only accept US credit card) and never rented a car. We walked to the parks each day and saved money preparing our own food. I can't say enough about the location! The condo was very clean, and well taken care of. I could not have asked for a better place to stay!

The Anaheim convention center is within a 20 minute walk, or 3 minutes by car. Honda Center, the Grove, Angel Stadium are all within 5 minutes by car. Los Angeles with all its attractions such as Universal Studious is about 45 minutes away. It is only 25 minutes to Knott’s Berry Farm, Wax Museum, Medieval Times, Wild Bills Extravaganza, Los Alamitos Race Track, Just 45 minutes to LAX Airport, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. 90 minutes to San Diego, Sea World, and Legoland. Ninety minutes to Big Bear Mountain. For the island enthusiast, the Catalina Island Express leaves from Long Beach.

Great family condo, has everything you need and super close to Disney

Gina was friendly and easy to reach. We appreciate the cleanliness of the condo, the like home amenities, the welcome basket & cookies and that she let us store our luggage after checkout time until our later flight. We didn't rent a vehicle for our stay but everything was within walking distance or a very short cab ride. The condo building was older than expected but felt updated with the decor and the vrbo pictures are accurate. Our kids felt instantly at home and enjoyed the dollhouse, Netflix and pool/playground and the massive bunk bed. Pretty sure it's a double over a queen! Our only complaint would be the tiny ants that showed up the one day we left a cereal box on counter and in the master bathroom shower the last day. Other than that we never saw any ants in the house! Gina also refunded our damage deposit within 24 hrs! Thanks for giving us a great first trip to Disneyland! We would recommend!

Ants

The master bathroom had ants galore! The master bed was horrible you could see the indents from where people had slept. The door would not open with the code nor would the garage. We ended up using the key for the for door. We were two women traveling alone and the dead bolt did not work either. The floors were filthy we ended up wearing flip flops the whole time. The bathroom upstairs had mold growth in the shower. The rental permit is expired. My grand daughter had an issue with her asthma as the furnace filters were filthy. The place is very close to Disney and it was a great savings on meals inside Disney as we just walked home for lunch and dinner. It just needs some serious TLC! I rented because of the wonderful reviews but afterwards noticed they were all old.

Owner's Response: Dishonest, super picky and not reasonable guest! You made up the story... Are you sent by our competitor? 1. Permit: The city has not sent us the new renewed permit yet. All the short rentals in Anaheim are waiting, as the city is busy with the extension request on the short term rentals to run longer than year 2018. 2. Ants: no ants at all in the condo! We check up the condo after each cleaning. We also have pest control service. We have not heard from any other guests about ant. 3. Cleaning: we use professional cleaning company to do cleaning which do cleaning service for more than 30 condos in this complex. 4. After you told us the lock code need press several times to get in before to your check out, we gave the code in the lock box to use the key to open the door. This is our backup solution. We had replaced a new lock and it works perfectly now. 5. Our garage door code never has a problem. We have never heard anything wrong with the code from any previous guests. 6. Dead bolt is on the Iron front door and is working! We also have Security Door Guard in the front door. You did not see them :) 7. There is no mode in the bathrooms. Made up story. 8. We do vert cleaning every year. My daughter is 2 years old and has asthma. We live in the condo once in a while since she was born. And she has never had any problem. 9. We did totally remodeling on this condo in the middle of 2013 and has well maintained. Some guests came back several times and told us they were surprised that we had well maintained the condo. You can see from our previous reviews. You are an unhappy person. An unhappy person will never enjoy her life even on vacation and at Disney... We hope you enjoy your vacation, enjoy Disney and show appreciation to home owners for all the great things in the condo.. It is our bad luck to have you stayed at our condo. We are glad that 99% of our guests are honest, reasonable, have common sense and know appreciations. Otherwise we would already stopped our short term rental business.

Perfect place and location!

Gina and Alex’s place was perfect for our family of 4! It’s a 10 minute walk to the downtown Disney gates. The house was very clean, the amenities and what was already there for our use was great, and then our pool day was great family time.

Very Satisfying. Clean, well keep

We enjoyed staying in your place. It was comfortable and cute. We will use your housing again when we come back to the area.

The only problem we encountered was the door lock. When we punched in the code, sometimes it would unlock and sometimes it would not. When it didn't unlock we had to use a key.

We LOVED Staying Here!!!

We stayed here for a week and loved it. We took a two week vacation, and the first week we traveled to different places and stayed in hotels each night. I can't express how nice it was to get to the condo and to actually have SPACE. Two and a half bathrooms, air conditioning that actually worked perfectly, an in-unit washer and dryer (with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided!!), and a private garage plus an additional reserved (free) parking space were some of the biggest highlights for us.

The pool is super close to the condo (about a 4 minute walk) and really nice. We went one evening and were surprised to find out they were showing a movie on an outdoor screen at the pool which was fun.

We went to Disneyland/California Adventure four days while we were there. I know other reviews have talked about the short walk to the tram, but we chose not to take the tram. We walked to Downtown Disney, then walked through Downtown Disney to get to the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. We had an 8 year old with us, so we didn't walk at a super fast pace. From the door of the condo to the entrance to Downtown Disney, it took us between 8 and 9 minutes each time. Walking through Downtown Disney is fun, because there are tons of shops, restaurants, and performers to watch. I didn't time it, but I would think you could probably get from the entrance of Downtown Disney to the entrance of the parks in 10 minutes (or less) if you walked straight through.

We LOVED being in such close walking distance to Disneyland. It allowed us to go back to the condo for a break in the middle of the day if we wanted to, it also allowed some of us to stay until closing while others went back to the condo early, whereas if we had driven to the park, we would have had to all stay together the whole time (plus it saved us a lot of money on parking!).

Gina was a great host. She was very quick to respond the few times I sent her e-mails. She communicated what she needed to communicate to us, but didn't bother us unnecessarily. After we returned home, I realized I left something at the condo. I contacted Gina and she quickly located it and said she would mail it to me, which is awesome and way above and beyond as far as I'm concerned.

We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable

My family of 4 stayed at this property for 10 nights in July. The condo has everything you need in a Disneyland vacation, and more! You will feel at home the moment you walk in the door. The little extra touches like bathroom amenities and towels for the pool were terrific! The added conveniences of Netflix, two computers, washer and dryer, and parking is also appreciated. The value you receive in staying at this condo is excellent. The owner, Gina delivers hospitality in her response time and the pride she takes in welcoming you to this property.
