Beautiful place and excellent owner! We will be coming back.
Excellent guests! Clean and respectful. Love to have them back.
Very homey and perfect location for a home away from home.
I am new to Chicago and wanted to stay in a place that is much like I am used to at home-safe, good neighborhood, great restaurant options and affordable. I was able to take advantage of some of the items that I had forgotten at home like tooth paste and it was great to have a full kitchen to cook when I wanted to do so. It's a private apartment and there's nothing I would change about my experience. When I come back to Chicago, I hope the apartment is available!
Quiet but close to the action
My best friend and I met up here for a girls weekend. The apartment was easy to find and access. We loved that there was a garage spot in the back. Though parts of the apartment itself are a little dated, it was beautifully furnished and completely comfortable. Our main mission was catching up with one another so we enjoyed lounging in the living room, watching Netflix and playing Pandora on the smart TV. My friend kept commenting on how quiet it was - no noise from the street and very little from the tenants upstairs. We did not do any cooking but had a few cups of coffee from the Keurig. Just around the corner we enjoyed the coffee shop, sushi restaurant, vinyl record shop, liquor store and a walk around Loyola University on the lake. The Red Line of the El is a short walk as are pharmacies and more restaurants/bars. We felt completely safe in the area. The owner was pleasant and responsive and provided thoughtful amenities.
Nice space, conveniently located
We appreciated being close to the redline and good restaurants and in a wonderful neighborhood for walking. The place is clean and the kitchen is well provisioned.
Clean and cute!
Close to red line and coffee shop !
Clean, comfortable and well equipped
Lovely and well appointed apartment with everything I needed and it was close to where my son lived so very convenient. Beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood.
