Location: Vail’s Ground Zero – Perfect location in the 'heart' of Vail Village! Entrance across the cobblestone walk from Vendetta’s restaurant. Also, steps away from the Vista Bahn Gondola, Vail Village Snowsports School, Vail Resorts Ticket Office, upscale fine dining, bars, night life, family friendly restaurants, candy stores, toy stores, and Vail's finest shops and boutiques, etc.!

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, PLUS a loft! Master Bedroom with king bed, flat-screen TV, new mattress, new linens, and private bath. Guest bedroom with 2 sets of log bunk beds, flat-screen TV, new mattresses, new linens, air conditioner, and large private bath with 2 sinks.

Living area: Gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, six-person dining table, new wood-floors, huge flat-screen TV, large leather couch with 5 reclining seats, fully equipped kitchen with tile counter tops, beautiful cabinets, large sub-zero refrigerator, large sink with disposal, dishwasher, built in large convection oven, stove top with 4 gas burners, plenty of food storage, cooking utensils, baking ware, pots and pans, etc. There is also a gorgeous slate deck with a gas grill and a beautiful view of Vail Mountain.

Extras: Shared locked ski/snowboarding storage unit located on the second floor. Security system on both ground-floor entry doors. Large washer/dryer. Wireless internet provided. Hotel-type safe provided.

Other information: There is no elevator located in the building, there is no pool or hot tub in the building and there is no on-site parking available. Since the condo is located in the heart of Vail Village - pedestrians only. There is however parking available in the Vail Village Parking Structure, just a 2 minute walk away. This structure charges for covered parking during ski-season but is free all other times of the year. Please note, that no car is needed while you stay in the condo. Everything is within walking distance; including, gondola, ticket office, snow-sports school, restaurants, shops, a small grocery store, hospital, pharmacy, ski rentals, etc. Vail also has a free in town bus system located at the bottom and top of the parking structure.

Perfect Location in the Heart of Vail Village - Will Return

My wife and friends rented the Wallstreet condo for a week and experienced the perfect winter vacation. All of the prior reviews indicated that the location was perfect and it lived up to the reviews. The condo is literally STEPS from the gondola, restaurants, bars, and shops. The location is so perfect that I was able to ski, take a break at the condo for lunch (grilling steaks, hot dogs, burgers, etc.) and return to the slopes without having to walk a far distance to the gondola one lift chair. Chris (owner) was extremely helpful providing all of the necessary instructions to access the condo. My family and I will return every year.

Good but could be better

Great location. Just need to have the condo cleaner, a lot of dirt found under the beds. Needs more closet space to put cloth. And the main room mattress is to soft.

Owner's Response: I'm glad you liked the location. I am disappointed that the condo was not cleaned to your satisfaction. Since it has been newly remodeled there is no excuse for any dirt under the beds. We have immediately communicated this to the cleaners and I'm sure they will take care of it. The mattresses are all top of the line and brand-new and the mattress in the master bedroom is a pillow top so I would imagine it's soft for some people.

Wall Street Building Condo

My wife and I stayed here for a week during spring break and had an amazing time. The condo is less than a minute walk to the main Vail Village gondola and steps to the free shuttle pickup and main bus terminal. We ate a different restaurant every night and the condo location is unquestionably a 10 for proximity to everything. The condo was comfortable and updated and we'll equipped throughout except I could not find an iron/ironing board. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but watched several folks enjoying it from our balcony. For my wife and I it was great. I think it would perfect for a family with a couple children or teenagers. More than that I think would feel cramped for as long as we stayed but there are enough beds/bunks to sleep 4 or 5 children. Overall though highly recommended and the owner was very nice and accommodating for us.
