House had everything we needed for our stay. Clean, spacious, and neighbors friendly. We would come back again!
This house was a lovely, warm haven during my son's busy wedding weekend. The layout of living room/dining room/kitchen worked great for our needs. The kitchen is well-equipped with enough space so that 3 of us could easily make dinner for 21. The bedrooms are small (especially the bunkbed room) and don't have much natural light, but otherwise it was a wonderful place for 3 couples to spend 4 nights, with lots of folks dropping in for chili or a sandwich or a beer. The deck and outside fire pit were a big hit with the 30-somethings and I loved how homey it was. Also, Dave was hugely helpful and friendly. There were many thoughtful touches, such as a basket of beach towels and 2 hair dryers, along with an outside grill and bicycles. We loved calling this place home for such a joyous occasion!
We recently rented this property for our family to stay at for a wedding in August. It was very clean and nice. It had everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful and checked with us via email to see if we needed anything during our stay. It was a great location for a walk downtown, to the farmer's market and the musical light show in the evening. The deck was a nice place to rest after the days activities. We would rent here again.
First time to Grand Haven. This house was OK at best. Issues with smoke alarms not working properly.
I was in town looking for a pet friendly location to stay with my family and parents. We stayed in the downstairs unit which is quite spacious, clean, and fit our needs perfectly! I would recommend it to others!
Nearby activities and entertainment include: GH State Park Beach, Lighthouse and Pier Boardwalk, Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival (first week of August), Rosy Mound hiking area, Waterfront Stadium's historical musical fountain, Harbor Trolley transportation, Wine Tasting, Farmer's Market, Nearby bike rentals, Tri-Cities Historical Museum, Fishing Charters, Golfing, Great Food, Active Nightlife, and more!!
