The apartment:

The interior of the apartment offers a simple but modern and comfortable look and feel and features hardwood floors, a kitchen with views over Victoria Park and the swimming pool. The master suite contains a super king size Louis Phillipe style bed with Simmons mattress, a chest of drawers and built in wardrobe with sliding tinted glass doors. The master bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a Tempur memory foam mattress and Louis Phillipe style wardrobe. The apartment also has a second 'guest bathroom'. Both bedrooms have harbor and city views.

Unlike the majority of apartments and even hotels in Hong Kong where you look out the window to see other buildings almost within arms reach the apartment has an unobstructed 180+ degree view of the harbor, city and park. On good days Lantau Island is clearly visible through the harbor channel and if you watch closely you can see the fireworks light up in Disneyland each night. If you are lucky enough to book the apartment on 31st December, 1st July, 1st Oct or during Chinese New Year, you will have a spectacular view of the harbor fireworks display. The daily 8pm light show on the harborside buildings is also clearly visible.


1500 square foot apartment offers amazing panoramic views of the famous Hong Kong harbour, skyline and Victoria Park. Very conveniently located in a popular local neighborhood but with easy access to Causeway Bay, the busiest shopping area on HK island that is within 10mins stroll through the park. Direct access to the harbor front takes you past the famous Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter, Noon Day Gun and Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club where the rich and famous moor their luxury yachts and powerboats.

Causeway Bay and the local Tin Hau neighbourhood are two of the most famous areas in Hong Kong for locals and travelers to shop or simply have a bite to eat at one of the multitude of restaurants offering both international and local cuisine.

For all culture/sports lovers out there, original Tai Chi lessons are held in Victoria Park every morning together with a new indoor swimming pool. There are also soccer, basketball and tennis courts in the park.

Tin Hau MTR (train) station is 5 mins walk away.

5 of us arrived in Hong Kong after a 16 haul from New York. Collected on arrival and were whisked off to this wonderful apartment with a truly stunning view of Hong Kong and the harbour. Tin Hau district had the hustle and bustle without being too busy. Easy links to central and other parts of HK - our favourite was the double decker trams. Ricci's apartment was everything I hoped it to be - neat, comfortable, spacious - with all the trimmings - washer and dryer, wi fi, computer, and even a nespresso for those early morning caffeine hits. Ricci was wonderful to deal with before, during and after our visit. I cannot recommend his place highly enough!

Perfect In Every Way...Plus A View To Die For

My wife and I, along with another couple, stayed in this rental for five days early in December 2015. From the moment I established contact with the owner, "Ricci", I felt that we were in good hands and that our experience would be completely positive. I was proven correct. From the beginning, Ricci was prompt, thorough, and completely professional in his correspondence with me. It was important to me that I received replies to my questions and concerns reasonably soon after sending them by email. Unlike other owners in the past, Ricci routinely responded within 48 can't ask for better. When we arrived, Ricci met the car and assisted with our luggage and gave us a complete run-down on the unit and even volunteered to take us on a neighborhood familiarization walk. He also arranged for the same transportation company to drive us to the airport on the day we departed. The neighborhood is complete with numerous options for eating out and has a small supermarket and several 7-Elevens, bakeries, and an MTR stop all within easy walking distance. Using the MTR is easy, clean, safe, and fast, especially with the OCTOPUS card - get one for sure! The apartment itself is in an older building, but don't let that dissuade you. The building is quiet, and now boasts a brand new elevator. The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photographs and is absolutely immaculately clean. Furnishings are not ostentatious, but simple and comfortable. A large refrigerator/freezer combination and separate washer and dryer made the unit complete and a wonderful treat after traveling for the prior three weeks. We highly recommend Ricci as an owner and the apartment as a business or vacation home-away-from-home. I would return again in a heartbeat!

Ricci's place is in a great location and was well equipped with everything that you could think of. Clean, spacious and quiet, all that one could ask in an apartment.
