2 Bedroom House, Sleeps 6 On The Coast Of Costa Blanca

Our house is a two bedroom town house with an open plan living dinning area,American style kitchen with everything you will need. Utility room with washer and fridge freezer and clothes airer, ground floor WC. Upstairs are 2 ample sized bedrooms, the main bedroom balcony looks over the coastline all the way to Benidorm. Bathroom with shower and full size bath, WC and bidet. Each bedroom has its own private balcony . Please note we dont have WIFI or Air con in the house, there is 2 local bars on the complex & have free WIFI, We do have floor mounted fans for your use in the summer months and ceiling mounted fans plus a Terrace with a BBQ for hot summer nights , large table and six lounger chairs.

Close to El Campello, the views over the coast and across the mountains are stunning. The communal pool with lovely gardens is a great way to just relax or 5 min away is the beautiful beach of Campello, The local bars are a must, the menu is English and Spanish type food. From Paella to Burgers a great place to sample the local sangria. there is a nice Hotel complex (Pueblo Encantilado) that has bars and restaurant 5 mins walk. The tram station which runs between Alicante and Benidorm is a 20 minute walk away and a local bus service every 60 minutes to and from Campello and the tram station. A car is recommended.

There are Two Bars on the complex one is typically spanish and the other is a nice place for a meal and drink, The menu is very nice and good homely cooked food, there is also Games room with Pool Etc. and free WIFI. A taxi service is available to use from the bar.

There is a small supermarket on the urbanisation that has a butchers and vegetable counter, selling all the assentials needed. A Hairdressers has just opend a nice little restaraunt come bar has opened on the beach a 10 minute walk or two minute drive away.

We can arrange for shopping basket to be left for you (fresh produce etc)

Notes:
All the essentials are provided in our house from a cork screw to the hair drier. Cool box beach chairs and some toys for the beach. Our house is furnished to a high standard with everything you will require to make your stay comfortable. The house is situated on an urbanization with a small supermarket and a local bar all within 2mins walk. there is also two communal swimming pools with life guard in summer months. the main pool has a children pool and the whole area around the pool is grassed and very well maintained. The bar at the Bottom has free WIFI,

Our house is 1 km from a small wonderful beach with a snack bar at the side and during the summer a beach bar that is open from 10am till 3am called Senses, the main beach is Campello 5 min by car, full of wonderful restaurants and bars, a fantastic marina, this is a typically Spanish town. Further afield the mountain towns of Altea and Guadalest 20 min drive. main city Alicante is 20 min drive or tram ride €1 from campello. Benidorm with all the usual attraction 15 min drive. wonderful mountain views and walks into the country side within easy reach. 30 min drive from Alicante airport approx 14 km, a local bus service runs every 60 min to the main town and the tram stop 4 min away, Trams through to Alicante - Benidorm - Denia- Moraiera.

Golf: There is a Wonderful Golf course at Bonalba, Club and buggy Hire is available, they have a special discounts available also nearby are the courses in Benidorm and Alicante.

The security deposit will be refunded before you leave after we have checked our house for damage etc. you will be required to bring a deposit of 100 Euros that would cover damage and loss etc. this will be refunded on the day of departure if no damage or loss incurred.
