Newhaven is perfect for those who want somewhere homely, with easy access to a host of dining, drinking, shopping and activities.

The apartment comes with all the necessary amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The master bedroom features a Tempur mattress, with unique pressure relieving properties for aches and pains. You may not want to get up after lying down on it! The second bedroom is great for children and has two single beds, as well as an array of books and games to keep you all entertained.

Access is through the main door to the building and up one flight of stairs to the apartment. Please note, there is no lift.

The flat is well located for various local attractions such as Chester, Chester Zoo, Tatton Park, Stapley Water Gardens and numerous other attractions in the area or for a visit to Manchester. It is also convenient for Nantwich town centre, a seven minute walk away, or you can park at Morrisons and a one minute walk.

The flat is bright and warm, central heating seldom used. Having two bathrooms is very useful. It is nicely furnished with most things needed for self catering.

The only downside is parking. The flat is allocated Space 70, but 70 is not where shown on sketch.

The Management Company may have changed things since the Developer allocated spaces, this should be clarified. The Management Company should re-notify all owners/renters and put up some diagrams in the communal areas to show Flat X has Space Y.

Lovely weekend stay in Nantwich to attend the Lambing Weekend at Reaseheath College. Checking in clear and easy, flat clean and comfortable and in a nice quiet area.

Wonderful place to hang your hat while in Nantwich.

Just got back last night from our wonderful trip to the UK. Planned to visit many towns and cities and decided after spending one week at the condo two years ago to spend two weeks there this time. Used the condo as our base and tripped off to Glasgow for a few nights. The rest of then day trips to Chester, Crewe, and Shrewsbury. The train station is a short walk from the condo. And we did a lot of walking! We knew what we were getting into and it was exactly what we wanted! Close to all amenities, shopping, dining, amusements.. but best of all serenity. A short walk to the marina, parkland, and of course shops and pubs. We chose this due to our hectic lifesyle. Some days during our stay I was concerned if I had any blood pressure at all!! The town of Nantwich has everything we needed... rest and relaxation. The condo as it was two years ago, was super clean and efficient. Tons of room... laundry facilities in the condo! so we didn`t have to lug tons of clothes with us. Kitchen is fully loaded with gas range and oven. Dishwasher (although we enjoyed washing dishes the old way.... by hand). bedrooms clean and comfortable... The two bathrooms also clean and functional. The area around the condo is quiet, as is Nantwich! If you are looking to party all night.... forget it! There are plenty of pubs to visit... or just pick up a good bottle of wine at one of the shops and fresh nantwich blue cheese in town and enjoy life.... Supermarkets close by as well as your butcher, baker and deli. The market is close by as well as the 3 times weekly village market if you need to spend time browsing for dinner specials. The people of Nantwich are something else also.. Very friendly and helpful if you are lost or confused. Overall experience this trip.... Excellent. We did spend a few days in Manchester at the end of our stay, using the Crowne Plaza as our base. Trains, airplanes, bus and walking.. have to say we enjoyed the rest!! Will be back again next year!!
