This well furnished apartment comprises of a living room, two bedrooms (1double and 1 twin), bathroom with bath and shower, well equiped kitchen, front terrace and a roof solarium. It is fully airconditioned throughout - both hot and cold.

The lounge has two sofas one of which is a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs and a Smart TV with range of channels in different languages, internet access plus a DVD player. There is FREE Wi Fi

The kitchen is well equiped for self catering.

The apartment is on the second floor and there is a private roof top solarium which receives all day sun, has sea views and there are two sunloungers provided. On the roof solarium there are chairs, a table and a good quality charcoal barbecue for roof top dining .

The south west facing balcony at the front of the apartment overlooks a fitness area and is ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing watching the sunset.

A travel cot is available at no extra charge.

A communal garden area and pool are available for guest use. There are many local amenities within walking distance and many local attractions can be reached by public transport. Although not essential, a car is very useful to access the many local Blue Flag beaches, other family attractions and golf courses.

Water Activities: Beaches - Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Cala Capitan, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor.

Water Park - Torrevieja Aquopolis water park.

Walking: Walking/Hiking and Birdwatching - Las Salinas de Santa Pola nature reserve has many migratory birds. There are many trails in the nearby mountains.

Well appointed apartment in an ideal location.

This was a return trip for our family of five - 2 adults and 3 children. We were glad to see that the apartment was still being kept to the same high standards and with some improvements: new, free wifi access and a new flat screen TV with English channels.

The kids remembered the communal pool and were desperate to head straight down there to see if they could make some new friends. We tried some different restaurants this year and returned to Zenia Boulevard to spend all our hard earned cash in the boutique shops!

I'm glad to say that this year's trip was as good if not better than our previous one and no doubt we shall be returning again sometime. Our thanks to the owners, David and Sue, who provided us with excellent customer service throughout the booking process and during our stay. I couldn't recommend them and their property more highly!

Haven for rest and relaxation in style.

We were and have been (over a period of five years now) very impressed with the apartment its location and all it and the area offers. The listing description is very accurate and the apartment clean and well maintained. We have always had good customer service from the owner and manager and no request or query has been too much trouble for them to deal with. Hubby and I are in our 60s and are still able to manage the stairs to the 2nd floor apartment. We have never had a problem with heating/air conditioning and have no experience of being bitten in the apartment. We have had the odd mosquito bite whilst sitting by the water enjoying a nightcap at one of the "Sun Shacks" watching the sunset beside the sea. Our latest visit of 10 days afforded us a lovely relaxing break. We made the most of walking locally eating out and otherwise using the local buses. We were able to go on a boat trip in Torrevieja along the coast in the lovely sunshine. Visited the market there and close to La Zenia Shopping Boulevard. The area has much to offer and I would and have recommended the property to friends and family. (Those that have been have all enjoyed the experience). We can't wait to go again.

Awful got bitten alive..left 6 days into 4 week booking

Worst holiday ever, i have mobility problems which owners knew about yet there are 5 flights of steps, apartment looked ok but within days of sitting on sofa i was bitten alive, cleaning lady denied this to owner but i kept pics to prove it. Owners refunded the rest of the month we had booked but it ruined our holiday having to move and find another holiday home. Cleaning lady was indifferent and rude as we left apartment, i cried when i got in hire car, we were very lucky that my daughter managed to book another place from uk and by evening we moved into a lovely warm place..more expensive but worth it..beware of meter its set high and they take the cash at end of stay but they didnt take ours due to infestation in sofas..good luck if you book here you will need it

Owner's Response: It is difficult to know why this guest has taken 11 months to write a review and since then we have had many positive reviews from guests who have enjoyed staying in our apartment. The advert clearly states that the apartment is not suitable for the elderly or infirm. We also spoke to the guest on the phone prior to booking and advised her that it is a second floor apartment. The guests actually stayed 10 days. Initially they stated that the heating did not work. Our manager visited and found that the heating was working fine. The guests then stated that there was a flea infestation in the leather sofa. We do not allow pets to stay, there are tiled floors and leather sofas so there is no source for a flea infestation. Our manager visited and the guests could show no evidence of fleas or flea bites. The guests wished to leave. As a goodwill gesture we refunded the money for the remainder of their stay and did not charge the guests for the electricity they had used. Both myself and our manager spent a lot of time and effort trying to appease these guests. We are sorry that these guests clearly chose an apartment that was not suitable for their needs and we can only assume that they wished to leave without incurring any financial loss. Under the circumstances it is difficult to know what else we could have done.

Well looked after apartment!

A beautiful Well kept apartment. Everything you need in it. Sue has thought of everything even beach accessories/games. Roof terrace was great very private. Good restaurants excellant food. Would not hesitate to go back. I would suggest you need a c ar to get about. A lot of stairs not for the disabled person's. sue went out of her way communicating with us, making our holiday hazzle free . Thank you Sue&Derek

Perfect holiday and wonderful apartment

We stayed in this wonderful apartment at the end of August/beginning of September for 12 nights and had an absolutely perfect holiday. We are familiar with the area as my parents lived there for 12 years and we booked this apartment because it was close to where we know.

Sue was fantastic with communication and offered a very friendly, personal service; our many questions we had were answered very quickly and it was really nice to get an e mail when we arrived to check that we were ok and settled in.

We were also grateful to her for arranging our transport to and from the airport from Bruce and his wife Karen met us at the apartment on arrival to hand us the keys and go through the essential information and was there for a point of contact if we needed it during our stay.

The apartment is in a perfect location and a very good size. The roof terrace (with lovely sea view) is very private with all day sun and the balcony got the evening sun so we could relax with a drink watching the sun set and due to it being on the top floor and not overlooked it was also very private.

The apartment was so well equipped and it really did feel like home from home there was everything that you would need and more and things like the shopping trolley, safe, cool boxes and freeze blocks really made a difference.

The community pool is a nice size and had lots of space to sunbath, we were very fortunate as most of the time it was very quiet and the people that were there were very friendly.

We didn’t have a car and enjoy walking and we found that everything we wanted was within walking distance supermarkets, bars and restaurants etc... I would highly recommend going to the coast and walking along the coastal walk as there are some lovely quieter bays with clear blue sea (watch out for the nudist beach!) We made Torrevieja one day nearly Cab Roig another day. There is a good market on a Saturday although it does get very hot so make sure you take plenty of water and La Zenia boulevard is worth a visit if you like a bit of shopping.

Our holiday was perfect and I can’t recommend this apartment enough, we have a feeling this may become our new holiday home as we have already enquired about returning next year.

The apartment is situated within the La Cineulica Complex on the Oriheula Costa south of Torrevieja. La Cineulica is a newly built complex with enclosed gardens and pool for residents use and a children play area nearby. The surrounding area is primarily quiet residential but within walking distance are supermarkets, banks, shops and numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. Along the Oriheula coast are many golden beaches many of which carry the EEC Blue Flag. The nearest beaches are 15 to 20 minutes walk and other beaches such as La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Cala Capitan are within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Torrevieja, a lively seaside Spanish town is approximately 15 minutes drive and has lovely beaches, a large marina/port, cafes,bars and restaurants and numerous shops. Other local family attractions include street markets, Rio Safari Elche, Aquopolis water park and go karting. For golfers the championship courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are within a 15 minute drive.

Notes:
The apartment is accessed by steps to the second floor and there are additional steps to the roof terrace (good views) which may cause problems for anyone with difficulties climbing stairs. Electricity is supplied through a metered card system. This works by inserting cards worth 10 Euros into the meter. On arrival there will be at least 10 Euros worth of electricity on the meter. The 10 Euro card should approximately a week depending on usage. You may purchase additional cards from the host should this be required.
