The water is safe for cooking and bathing.
You must bring your own bed linens, pillows, blankets, and towels with you. Limited bed linens, pillows, blankets, and towels are available for use if you would rather not bring your own, but if used, must be washed and put away at the end of your stay in the same condition as you found them.

My friends and I can't say enough wonderful things about this property!! We are all spread out and it is hard to get together often, and this cottage was exactly what we were looking for on our grils getaway weekend! Julie and Adam are wonderful owners and their home is clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The pictures hardly do this property justice,we were so impressed with all the touches the owner gave the property to make their guests feel at home. The girls and I had a wonderful time relaxing on the dock, swimming, grilling, playing games, and just enjoying the scenery. The highlight was certainly sitting on the dock catching some amazing sunsets and then one night being treated to fireworks going on around the lake! We visited the Kings Ferry Winery and had a blast sampling the delicious local wines and the employees were friendly and made our visit special. If you are looking for a place to come and relax with friends or family look no further. We made some wonderful memories and we look forward to returning next summer! Thanks again Adam and Julie!
Well maintained and fully equipped cottage with great location...wonderful way to stretch last few days of summer
The cabin was a wonderful, peaceful retreat as we dropped our daughter off at Cornell. It had everything, room for six, kitchen, washer/dryer. Just make sure you bring provisions for breakfast since the markets and restaurants are a little far. Very relaxing and great satellite TV. Couldn't have asked for more!
We had a great time staying here, the place was clean, cozy and comfortable. Very well stocked. Julie was quick to respond to our questions.
The use of the kayaks was a great bonus! We would stay here again.
Thank you Julie
The cottage was easy to find and easy to access, minutes from state highway. Also access to the lake was very good with a beautiful yard with room to play and relax on the lake shore. Cottage was very clean and easy to clean when time to leave. Enjoyed my stay and would visit again.
