Beautifully designed flat renovated by a leading architect. 140 square meters (1507 ft2), 3 balconies. Next to Puerta del Sol, and very close to Santa Ana Square. Walking distance to Madrid's main architectural attractions: Plaza Mayor, Sol, Royal Palace or the Chueca district, as well as the main Museums: Prado, Reina Sofia, Caixa and Thyssen.

This flat is ideal for either the business traveler or the tourist. The tube (metro) is on the doorstep: Sol, Gran Vía, and Callao tube stations are within walking distance, as well as several bus stops nearby.

The flat is located on Cadiz Street, with several bars, restaurants and old tapas bars, which are a favorite with most visitors, as well as the locals. The building has an elevator.

The flat is fully furnished. Two double bedrooms, with queen size beds ( and a Crib) and 2 ensuite bathrooms, 1 of which with Jacuzzi. 2 double Sofa beds in the sitting room, big flat screen TV, WiFi, amazing open plan kitchen, fully furnished with all mod cons: air conditioning, dishwasher, and heating. It is very large and very modern

It is perfect for a larger group or family group, plenty of bathrooms and beds. The street is a pedestrian street so the cabs do not come down the street and there is no parking right by the unit. But there is a large public parking lot close enough. It is a little difficult if you have a car but if using public transport it will be ok. The street itself has many small restaurants and bars and is quite lively. Two bedrooms are in back so they don't hear the street noise. We were met as promised by the rental agent and that all went very smoothly.

Great Apartment, amazing location

This two bedroom apartment is really well located, right in the middle of Madrid. The bedrooms are quiet although it is in a lively area. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms really lovely. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Communication with the owner was great. Would definitely go back.

Central locale and quiet at night = perfect

As a couple looking to enjoy the history, shopping, and food, this apartment is so close to everything. We had breakfast just outside to the left, we used metro to get to train station in 15 minutes.

Our host Jasmin gave us many messages with info on food and directions.

The apartment is gorgeous and we loved the quiet bedroom away from the street noise that can go pretty late being Madrid.

So much space to store everything , and feel relaxed after running around city is why we loved this place. Stephen and Charmaine.
