Beautifully designed flat renovated by a leading architect. 140 square meters (1507 ft2), 3 balconies. Next to Puerta del Sol, and very close to Santa Ana Square. Walking distance to Madrid's main architectural attractions: Plaza Mayor, Sol, Royal Palace or the Chueca district, as well as the main Museums: Prado, Reina Sofia, Caixa and Thyssen.

This flat is ideal for either the business traveler or the tourist. The tube (metro) is on the doorstep: Sol, Gran Vía, and Callao tube stations are within walking distance, as well as several bus stops nearby.

The flat is located on Cadiz Street, with several bars, restaurants and old tapas bars, which are a favorite with most visitors, as well as the locals. The building has an elevator.

The flat is fully furnished. Two double bedrooms, with queen size beds ( and a Crib) and 2 ensuite bathrooms, 1 of which with Jacuzzi. 2 double Sofa beds in the sitting room, big flat screen TV, WiFi, amazing open plan kitchen, fully furnished with all mod cons: air conditioning, dishwasher, and heating. First visit to Madrid!

This apartment was in an excellent location! We walked almost everywhere, and when we needed to go further - the metro stop was just around the corner. The apartment was clean and well stocked. We had no issues with noise, as the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment and the front of the apartment is above the street where there are restaurants below. Jasmine was very easy and prompt in her communication.

Location, location, location---and did I mention location?!

A tourist/traveler couldn't find a better location than Jasmin's condo on Puerta del Sol!!! It is located right in the center of Madrid and within walking distance to everything!!!! The metro is right outside your door, so to speak, and we used it for everyplace we wanted to go that was farther outside of Madrid. ( took train to Toledo ) The condo was immaculate with very comfortable beds and furniture. The only reason that we did not give this booking five stars was because of the noise coming from the restaurants below the condo late at night. However, unless you sleep in the living room on one of the futons, you will not hear the noise at all as the bedrooms are in the back. We would definitely return to Jasmin's place again on our next trip to Spain since one week was definitely NOT enough time!!

A Gem of an apartment!!

Jasmine's apartment in Madrid is simply splendid! The moment we stepped in we realized that our living will be comfortable and were quite awed by the amount of space and facilities that the apartment had to offer.

Its location is priceless with eateries on the left and right and the famous downtown of Madrid, Puerto Del Sol, is a stone's throw away.

The apartment itself has to offer two bedrooms and a convertible bed in the living room, two and a half bath with washer and dryer (yes, a dryer as well!), a magnificent kitchen area with two refrigerators with more than enough counter space and a modernist oven top.

TVs in every room and a central heater and heaters in every room.

Taxi stand - 2-3 mins walk

Grocery - 5 mins walk

Royal palace - 15 mins walk

Even places like San Francisco Basilica which we thought were a taxi drive away, is within a comfortable walking distance.

Plaza Mayor, San Miguel market - everything accessible within a walking distance.

We, a family of four, thoroughly enjoyed living there.

Our search for living quarters in Madrid has ended and if and when we go back we will vie for Jasmine's apartment.

Unfortunately we could not meet Jasmine, who was away on vacation, but her friend Andrea more than made up for it.

Great Location-Huge

I loved this apartment. It was very roomy and very comfortable. The mirrors in the kitchen make it look ginormous. The master bathroom was very large and had a great shower. I couldn't find the electric outlets until I had been there a few days. They are under the little flaps on the wall that look just like the light switches. When you walk out the door of the apartment you are right smack dab in the middle of all the action. It's just yards from the Puerta del Sol. The apartment was very clean and had a huge desk with lots of information about the area. I really appreciated the binder of instructions and information that was left on the desk for guests. I would go back to this apartment in a heartbeat. (I know my traveling partner wasn't as enamored with the place as I was but he's kind of picky. I think he was annoyed that he couldn't plug in his blow dryer in the guest bathroom because there really isn't a plug in there. LOL We bought an extension cord and left it there for the next person so they could use an electric appliance in the bathroom.) Couldn't find the grocery store until the day before we left. It's in the basement of the big department store called "El Corte Ingles" It's awesome. I can't wait to return to Spain and I will absolutely consider returning to this apartment. I loved it!

Great location, poor condition

Apartment is very roomy, over 1500 sq. ft. In the middle of everything, great location.

In need of many small repairs, a little paint wouldn't hurt; remove the indoor hanging wall planter which has few plants, is dirty and looks terrible; no electrical outlet could be found in the second bath; no closet or wardrobe in second bedroom; a jungle of electrical cords under the desk make it ripe for a fire; dryer is not vented to the outside; lighting in bathrooms is poor, more wattage would be nice; much of the furniture was in poor condition. Just stayed in an apartment in an old area of Sevilla three days before, it was close to perfect, as one would and should expect. Would not stay in this apartment again, very disappointed in it's condition.

And About the paint, I want you to know that I just had the apartment painted last year and the cables under the desk is from the computer cable and the projector that we don't have anymore and it will not catch fire, but sure that I​ will take it out now as we don't have projector and desk computer anymore. My guest safety in my apartment is very important to me. Thanks again
