The apartment comprises of two large double bedrooms (one with ensuite shower room), a comfortable living room with dining recess, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with electric shower over bath. There is a lovely garden to the rear of the property. The apartment offers everything to make your stay an enjoyable and comfortable experience whether it be for a few days or a few weeks.

Great Edinburgh apartment

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of space, 2 baths and clean. We liked the location. It was busy in Edinburgh during our stay, so we were far enough to stay away from the crowds but easy enough to jump on the bus and head to the castle. The bus stop was just across the street. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great accommodation in a superb location

The flat was immaculately clean, a great size and in a fantastic location. There was plenty of parking in the surrounding roads and the bus stop was on the doorstep. Contact with the owner was superb and will definitely be using this again next time we are in the beautiful city of Edinburgh. If you want good value for your money in a fantastic spot then stay here- my only negative is that we had to leave as we would have happily stayed another week!.

Quaint flat.

It is a quaint little place away from the hustle and bustle of the city but yet not too far to either walk or catch a bus that stops outside your door. Would love to come back and explore more of Edinburgh.

Great spot just outside city centre - easy transport and free on street parking

Our family enjoyed our 3 night stay. Great to have a full second bedroom giving the kids there own space. Although the common stairwell was a little tried - the apartment is clean and well maintained. Easy check in and we were meet at the apartment. The ensuite shower wasn't that hot but having the second bathroom was great. Easy free on street parking in surrounding streets and regular buses to town. Good value and would recommend.

Lovely flat in a perfect spot. Very easy bus ride to city center. The owner was also wonderful.

The apartment is located in the highly sought after residential area of Blackhall. The city centre is only a 10 minute bus journey from the apartment and there are frequent and direct buses from just outside at all times of the day. If you prefer to walk then it would take approx 20minutes to reach the west end of Princes Street. There is a large retail park only 5 minutes walking distance away with a large supermarket and various other stores. Locally there is a general grocers, dry cleaners, post office and café. Both the train station and airport are easily accessible from the apartment. This apartment is ideal for families, tourists, couples and small groups who would like to be close to the centre but who would also like to enjoy the tranquillity of being away from the hustle and bustle of city centre traffic and chaos.
