My husband and I, along with our 3 year old daughter, shared this quaint bungalow with my father and step mother. It was a great space for all of us, and we loved the location!
It was an easy and quick drive to downtown Chattanooga and other nearby attractions and restaurants. We even took the short walk down to Frazier Avenue for some adult fun one night. It was a clean, comfortable home. We would definitely stay again!
If you love old homes and neighborhoods then you can't do better than this bungalow. It was perfectly minimally decorated, and spacious for a 2 bedroom house. We had plenty of room for a pack n play in either bedroom. There is not much extra decor for little ones to get their hands on. We could easily walk downtown, to the park, aquarium and walking bridge.
This unit does not provide laundry soap so bring a little if you plan to use the machine. Also, there are a few dozen steps to climb to get inside this unit. My only criticism is the back bedroom bed is not comfortable. It's very very soft with little support. The pillows are not great either. Disappointing since the rest of the place is so great!
The house was wonderful. It has 2 very nice bedrooms. The bathroom is updated, nice towels and Aveda products. The house is within walking distance to Frazier Street which has several nice restaurants and shopping. It is less than a 10 minute drive over the bridge to downtown Chattanooga. The landlord is easily accessible by email and cell phone/text. I would recommend the house for a family of four or a girls weekend. I would definitely stay at this house again.
I love this location. It was very easy to find museums and places of interest. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. The only problem was eating in. There was three pots and four plates and limited glasses and silverware. With four adults , we were washing dishs, so others could use them.
We stayed for almost 2 weeks at this accommodation, excellent position within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, parks, restaurants and cafes on NorthShore, Chattanooga. Close to Electric Bus Shuttle Service from NorthShore to Downtown districts, with connections to Chattanooga Choo Choo district. Situated close to the walkway bridge over the river to Downtown Chattanooga. No need to use a car to visit Downtown areas. House was well furnished and well equipped, very clean and tidy. I would recommend that the owners supply an electric jug kettle in the house, as non-US Visitors may well appreciate a cup of tea instead of just coffee! We missed our kettle!
My family and I love visiting Chattanooga and staying in this area. We enjoy being able to stay close enough to everything that we can walk. This property was in an excellent location. Excellent communication with the owner as well.
A short walk to Frazier Ave, Coolidge Park, Shops & Restaurants. Within a 15 minute walk of downtown, the Aquarium, IMax Theatre, and Museums
