Head upstairs to find the loft bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower & tub. The loft features panoramic mountain views and a peek-a-boo view of the water from a large corner bay window. My private townhome is located in a character home typical of this area of the city. The location is ideal for visiting all the great sites Vancouver has to offer. I love this part of Vancouver because you are close to everything and yet you have the feel of living in a real residential neighborhood which is safe.

the property was exactly as advertised,a great kitchen,dining area,living room combination.upstairs,a large bedroom,with a huge bed and,a full bath.there is also a half bath on the main floor.all of the electronic equipment you could possibly need,a small library,with a desk.the only feature that would deter some,are the steep stairs,from the ground floor,and from the main floor to the bedroom.they were not a problem for me,but might for others.the owner did point this out to me before booking.all in all,a very nice apartment,in a great location.
The host was very accommodating and responded to emails quickly.
We enjoyed the lovely view of the mountains and easy access to downtown by bus. The beach was an easy walk or bike ride. The unit is on a quiet, residential street with a Loblaws only a block away. Great spot!
Great loft space, comfortable bed, dark and quiet to sleep, must be ok with stairs to second floor bedroom,cozy living room, bright quiet, great neighborhood with great access to bus and to downtown and beaches, 1/2 bath onmain floor is essential. Only thing missing for me was a quality frying pan as i cooked every day. Small note: the building is dog friendly and although I didnt hear them or see them, the main bldg hallway smelled strongly of dogs.
We have been traveling across the country and into Canada for nearly two months,staying at vrbo/homeaway properties most of the time. This charming, quiet, immaculate, delightfully furnished townhome was the best yet! The location is great, on a tree-shaded residential street, away from the downtown stresses, yet within walking distance of everything you need, including puiblic transit. We especially loved the sleeping loft, the grill, the deck, and the compact shiny kitchen. Marya was a super hostess and we made some new friends among the neighbors. A fantastic place!

Marya's home was the perfect base for our first time in Vancouver. It was just as it is described on VRBO. Very comfortable, clean, lots of natural light, cozy upstairs, spacious living area, small well appointed kitchen. Short walk to many shops and restaurants. Easy access to public transit. Marya's warm welcome and availability for help when needed was just the right touch. Would recommend to others and return.
This private suite is located in a lovely character home surrounded by a garden. The quiet & safe tree-lined neighbourhood is full of other stylish homes. Free on street parking is available.
Just a stroll away from local restaurants, shops, boutiques and parks. Close to Kitsilano beach, Granville Island public market, the University of British Columbia, Vandusen botanical garden, Stanley Park and Downtown.
Public transportation, just a 1/2 block away, will take you downtown in 15 minutes. Various options are also available to transfer to the Canada Line.
