Reviewer Comments:

We had a delightful stay at the Georgetown VRBO, which happened to be a perfect location for us. It was close to our daughter's apartment and allowed us to walk easily between the two. The rental was very nicely done, small but efficient, and would highly recommend it for a couple or small family.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your great review Perry and Paula! It is our pleasure and what we live for. Georgetown Gem is quite dainty in size; however, the location could not be better! We also have several other beautiful properties that we could introduce you to (on our LUXbnb website) in the same area; Elegance, Eton Court and Jewel are two that you may really enjoy... and are larger in size. Thank you again, please keep in touch. Charlotte, Owner @LUXbnb

We had a great stay in the Georgetown Gem. It is a small townhouse but well organized and furnished. Even though the space was small the closet space was more than adequate. Working with the property management company was straightforward.

Reviewer Comments:

This property was very cozy, clean and well appointed from the fluffy towels and comfy beds to the nicely furnished kitchen. We enjoyed our afternoons sipping wine and eating cheese on the patio and had lots of room to maneuver in the central space on the main floor. Three fit nicely in this space, and although there are beds for four, we think it would be VERY cozy with that number.

Reviewer Comments:

We visited DC with our two boys. Although a bit cramped for four people, it served our purpose. Only problems we entered were that the towels were all wet in the washer machine when we arrived. After playing with the dryer for 10 minutes at midnight, we were able to get the dryer working. One other problem was that the shower leaked. After each shower, we had to mop the 5 by 7 ft bathroom. I'm sure both of these issues will be fixed.
