Pets are negotiable, there is a pet fee with an extra pet deposit and the owners approval. If you do bring your dogs, the side yard is an enclosed dog run with a doghouse, a dog door into the garage and there are three extra dog kennels in the garage for your use. We request that dogs be kenneled during your absence for their safety and respect for the neighbors and the house. We use and can recommend a wonderful dog day care around the corner for the longer day trips into Yellowstone or skiing.
My daughter went to graduate school in Bozeman and we fell in love with the town, the surrounding rivers, mountains, and the farmland. My younger children also love exploring Yellowstone! We wanted to continue to visit during all the seasons, so making the home available to you helps us keep the house open for our family to return to our home away from home.
Andrea Rosenstein purchased this house in 2010
This custom home was loving made by a man who specializes in green, energy efficient homes that are open, sunny and perfect for the small family to snuggle into...We love the friendly new neighborhood, the close huge, dog and kid friendly park to run through, and the great backyard.
The location of this home is amazing...Close to MSU, Near the important shopping - Safeway, Target, Costco..Yet also less than three miles from the fun wandering shopping in downtown Bozeman mainstreet. The neighborhood in in the middle of the Bozeman area so you can quickly get to the highways or the movie theater...everything is close!
This home served all of our needs perfectly. We felt right at home playing in the snow in the backyard and cooking yummy meals for our family. Andrea, the owner, could not have been more pleasant or more accommodating! The Christmas decorations were a nice touch for the holidays and the fresh eggs were an unexpected bonus. I would highly recommend this home to others who want a clean and easy place to stay while enjoying Bozeman.
What a great home! It was spacious, clean/neat, convenient location, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided!
Loved the porch swing and the fenced in back yard was perfect for my little nephews! Highly recommend this place!
My wife and I stayed in the house the first week of September to attend the wedding of our youngest daughter. The location was very convenient to a variety of locations in Bozeman and in a neighborhood where we could take walks. The house was nicely furnished and I can't think of anything we really needed other than the food we bought. We did have a few warm days early in our stay and the AC unit in the master bedroom really did cool things off. All in all, we were happy with the house, would highly recommend it and will certainly consider staying there again the next time we come to Bozeman
What a wonderful home! Close to downtown and MSU. We truly enjoyed our staying in this home while dropping our son off at MSU. Pet friendly, nice size rooms, oversize garage, kitchen filled with all kinds of appliances/tools. Close to neighborhood park, quiet neighborhood. Definitely will be staying there again!
The home was clean and well equipped great place!
This house was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. Kitchen is very well stocked- lots of room. Perfect dog set up- easy to get to. Highly recommend.
Adorable, single family home in Bozeman, Montana. Conveniently located just three miles from Montana State University campus and even less from the charming downtown main street shopping. Downtown Bozeman is a wonderful place to walk around with fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, candy shops, antique stores, clothing stores, and numerous other specialty shops. There is a small community park across the street and a one-hundred acre county park with fishing ponds, dinosaur park, a winter sledding hill, and walking paths just 500 yards down the street. The gorgeous town of Bozeman is surrounded by the Gallentin County National Forests which offer unlimited hiking, biking, fishing, camping and mountain climbing. Within minutes you can me up in the mountains! In the summer there are ponds and steams aplenty for fishing, and numerous rivers (Gallatin, Madison, and Yellowstone Rivers) for leasurly floating, white-water rafting, or kayaking. In the winter Bozeman offers some of the best cross country skiing, snowmobiling and downhill skiing. There are three ski resorts (Bridger, Big Sky, and Moonlight Basin) within one hours drive from Bozeman. Bridger Ski Resort is only 17 miles away from our house. It's only a one hour drive through either the breathtaking Gallatin Canyon or through the picturesque Paradise Valley to reach Yellowstone National Park. Bozeman is a spectacular town, and the house is a wonderful place for the whole family to stay.
