We have been renting our Hawaiian Inn condos since February 2004 - Rent with confidence!

We have several condos at The “Tropical” Hawaiian Inn Resort.

Hawaiian Inn is a family friendly institution in Daytona. I always hear from people who vacationed there as children and look forward to going back with their own children!!

This is the perfect location if you are looking for a clean and economical oceanfront location in Daytona. We offer clean, well equipped condos that will easily fit into everyone's vacation budget. This is an oceanfront studio that sleeps 4 - Balcony has 2 chairs and a table, so you can comfortably enjoy your coffee or cocktails while watching the sunrises and dolphins from your private balcony.

This ad features condo 436 – a 4th floor oceanfront unit with Queen Sized Beds, full sized couch lends a comfortable place to relax and enjoy TV or that book you have been waiting to read. There are 2 TVs and a stereo system to lend to your enjoyment. Enjoy fresh ocean breezes from your oceanfront balcony, let the sounds of the surf lull you to sleep.

The kitchen has been recently updated to provide additional storage and counter space for you. This makes it possible to provide more equipment than the average resort room can offer. This makes it possible to keep additional items like an indoor grill and blender. We have provided an everyday set of dishes and that nicer set of stoneware, in addition to the better quality cookware and glassware.

Additional Unit Amenities include: Cable TV-DVD-VCR and Stereo with CD player. Fully equipped kitchen has microwave-stove-oven-refrigerator-blender-indoor grill-toaster-coffee maker. Better quality stoneware and pots and pans along with your everyday dinnerware-glassware and flatware. There is an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer provided. Bed linens, bath sets and better quality kitchen linens are provided. We have also made sure that there is plenty of storage space available to you! Please bring your own personal items and toiletries.

Security deposit required to book unit

We prefer Security Deposit to be held on a credit card for the most timely return

50 % + Security Deposit due on booking

50% Required 1st of Month prior to arrival.

All Rental Payments Due in USD - you are responsible for exchange rate difference.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited and a credit of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved. If we are able to rebook the property, we will issue a prorated credit for your rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. We recommend trip insurance for your protection.

We returned to Chicago on Tuesday August 31st after surveying the effects of Hurricane Charley in the Daytona Area. I am happy to report very little damage in our unit.

The unit above us apparently had a problem near their sliding glass door which caused a leak to our ceiling.

The paint has peeled, it needs a little replastering, but overall very minimal.

We have made arrangements for repairing and repainting the ceiling in that area after the hurricane season.

Minimal damage to the resort----as they lost a sign from the front of the building and several units had windows that were blown out. We restocked, bought many new items, took pictures and surveyed the work that had not been completed during our April visit.

The unit has been painted, tile installed, beds installed, island installed, light fixtures installed, bathroom vanity installed, new bathroom fixtures etc. We thought that everything came out beatifully.

Every inch of space has been used and we felt that the unit gave us ample storage space and was perfect for a family or could accomodate 2 couples. We left the unit in perfect condiition.

There is nothing like the view from the balcony to relax and enjoy and recharge. We met some new friends, visited with old friends, ran into several other owners and had a great time. We are praying for the safety of all of our old and new friends in Florida with Hurrican Francis scheduled to arrive only days and hours from now.

We have cleared time to return in September if needed.

Perfect Place for Us!

I have to start off by saying that Renata is an absolute doll to work with. She always responded quickly to any question I had. My husband and I stayed here for our 5th wedding anniversary. The unit was clean and very well stocked. We had literally anything we might need at our fingertips. We will definitely be back if we ever travel to Daytona again.

Perfect vacation

We stayed a week here and we had a great time. Everything was perfect, clean and the kitchen had all I needed. We loved to watch the sunrise every morning from our balcony. We will come back next year and we plan to stay 2 weeks.

Oceanside get-away!

Visited with my family of four for a week of relaxation, ocean, sun, and fun and this property delivered.

We were quite pleased to arrive and find the kitchen stocked with everything (except food) even some spices and cooking oil. There's a grocery store and dollar store within walking distance to pick up food.

There was even a laundry basket and laundry soap to use for the onsite laundry facilities (which take credit/debit cards, which is a bonus)

There are two older TVs in the room, no widescreen if you're looking for that sort of thing. We weren't, but thought i'd point it out.

There were a few games to play, some cards and even beach toys (buckets and shovels).

My one complaint is lack of sitting space or some sort of table to gather with the family for a meal. There's a breakfast bar style area to sit, but you face a wall instead of each other. However, the room is packed to the brim with the murphy beds, so I don't know where a table would even fit.

The owners have really done a great job making this a "home away from home".

The condo is in an older resort which is showing it's age but is well maintained. It was not uncommon to see maintenance personnel touching up the paint or power washing certain spots.

All the resort staff were friendly and helpful.

The resort is a mix of owned condos (like this one) and rooms that the resort still maintains. If you read unfavorable reviews on a hotel review site, keep in mind that this room is not owned by the resort and the photos, descriptions and reviews here are more accurate than others you may read.

One drawback to the resort is smoking is allowed on the pool-deck. We were here during a slow season, so it wasn't that bad. During a busy time it might be worse. The indoor pool is smoke free and heated (almost to hot-tub temperatures).

The beach area is public access and cars are allowed to drive by and also park in a designated area. We never had a problem with this, but were here off-peak. It might get crazy during the busy seasons.

Bottom line: This is a great place to visit. Before we even left the parking lot to go home we were talking about plans to return next year. I've already provided a link to this property to one friend and would not hesitate to recommend it.

We stayed in this condo Jan. 1 -8th, 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed. It is very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and has a fabulous view. We stayed in the condo in May and it was glorious. The condo had everything you would possibly need. The view was fabulous. The area was good. We would definitaly stay again. Feel in love with Daytona Beach!
