About Grace

After a career of public service Directing State & Federal Educational Programs, I decided to purchase and take time to renovate this charming vacation guest residence, because of its natural setting and calming intersecting waterway views. I love the wide variety of birds, tropical foliage, tidal changes, observing the manatees and dolphins that frolic in our canals. My guests enjoy catch and release fish including, snapper, tarpon, jack, mullet, sheephead, snook mangrove snapper, and catfish right off the two docks. I can relax here and flying into RSW makes it easier for family, friends and guests to visit. I've always enjoyed a non- condo complex, guest residence, when vacationing, and wanted to offer a similar experience to my guests.

Note: I am the onsite property manager. My quarters are attached to the house with a private entrance. I am available to you, to provide concierge services, as needed.

Why Grace chose Cape Coral

My Real Estate Broker shared that, 'Cape Coral, is where the REAL people live'. This home met my expectations of natural tropical setting, wide water views, yet close to everything. I have lots of choices to shop and enjoy all the activities and events SWF has to offer between Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda to the north and Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Naples to the south. When I walked in, I was immersed in the tropical scene of pool, lots of intersecting water views, swaying palms, exotic flora and fauna (in one afternoon, I spied snook, jackfish, sheephead and leaping mullet swimming around the dock and discovered the family of blue crab darting in and out of the oyster beds) and knew that I could create the type of retreat where guests are always welcome and can enjoy all the amenities of this special locale. I enjoy a project. so designed the renovation with guests needs, in mind. It is a vacation home that folks love to come back to, season after season.

The Host/Manager's efficiency studio is attached to the house with a separate, private entrance. While off the property, most days, the Host is available for maintenance tasks and to assist you with area informational needs.

Relaxing in Cape Coral

Thank you Grace for some exeptional day's at your home. We really loved your house, garden and pool. We made a Florida tour for 3 weeks and the Cape Coral area is the best there is. Nice beaches and the cities were great. We hope to get back in the near future (winter time?).

Great location!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Coral Perch. She used the pool and I fished in the canal almost daily. We both were amazed at the investment Grace has made in the landscaping around this home. The interior decorating is just as beautiful, while also being laid out nicely and quite functional.

The home's location is a real strong point. Coral Perch is in a quiet residential neighborhood but very near the main north-south and east-west arteries for Cape Coral/Ft. Myers. There's a Publix grocery 10 minutes away, which is handy. Day trips to Naples and Tampa are an option but there's really no need for that with Sanibel, Matlacha and many other attractions so near.

We enjoyed getting to know Grace and greatly appreciated her recommendations regarding attractions and restaurants. Nearly any family should enjoy Coral Perch as much as we did.

Beautiful home, nice views

We enjoyed our stay and first visit to this part of Florida. We got to see a manatee in the canal shortly after arriving. The home has everything you need for a great stay. We didn't get to use the pool and hot tub as much as we hoped, maybe next visit. Thanks Grace
