The location is very central, Upper town, at 2 minutes of the famous Château Frontenac, enchanting Dufferin Terrace and the remarkable Saint Lawrence River view. Dufferin Terrace and its fairytale castle are two attractions that never cease to amaze visitors and locals alike, offering spectacular views of the Saint Lawrence River and its constantly shifting icescapes in winter and the sailing ships in summer. Living in this small house is a delight. Small and cute with 2 private rooms and one sofa bed in the living, it's perfect for a date holiday with family. With its private entrance you will feel at home. Unique and rare house in Old Quebec you will live in privacy and in a great calm. It's a little paradise in any season.

I fell in love with the culture and the ambience of the Old City of Quebec.
Jean purchased this House in 2010
Why Jean chose

This little house is in a fantastic location, walking distance to many sites including chateau Frontenac, citadel, and old town. Place was modern, clean and on a quiet street. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.
Quaint apartment - perfect location.
We loved our visit to "A little house". We did however, arrive very late in the evening, and being unfamiliar with our surroundings, had a bit of trouble finding the apartment. Very shortly, we realized we were attempting to enter from the main street which the front of the building faces.... this apartment is around back! Once settled, our stay was incredible! The house is small but was clean and comfortable. We were so close to so many things we wanted to do and see. My suggestion is taking a picnic (meats, cheeses, wine, etc., purchased in local shops) up to the hillside along the Citadelle de Quebec, which is literally a block and a half from this property!!! We did this at early sunset and enjoyed the most amazing views of the St. Lawrence River and the Chateau Frontenac. (We found out later that the locals do this "almost every weekend" - You won't be disappointed! ) We couldn't believe how close our little house was to such a lovely backdrop. My family and I highly recommend this property when visiting Quebec City.
Perfect in Every Way
From our pre-holiday correspondence with the owner until we sadly had to leave, this vacation rental was perfect in every way. I can't say enough about the location and its proximity to everything you would want to see in Old Quebec City - everything within comfortable walking distance. An excellent nearby restaurant was Aux Anciens Canadiens - we ate there twice! The apartment was immaculately clean and well appointed. My bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I travel a lot. Great Wi-Fi, water pressure and lots of hot water. Parking right around the corner to boot. Do not hesitate to make this your home away from home while in Quebec.
Perfect place in the BEST location.
Location! Location! Location!
Charming little house with all amenities in a beautiful city!
What we enjoyed the most was its location!
The Perfect Place!
"A Little House" was absolutely perfect in so many ways, but especially location! There are beautiful little parks around every corner. All of the wonderful sights and restaurants within the old city are within a 5-10 minute walk. The iconic Chateau Frontenac, the boardwalk, and Rue Champlain are a stone's throw away! The house is clean and beautiful and roomy...my family of six was quite comfortable, and that's hard to find in an urban setting at an affordable price! The owner was incredibly informative, helpful, and quick with his replies. If we make it back to Quebec City, there is no other place that we will stay!
