Built and furnished in 2009, very spacious ground floor apartment(107 sq m of internal accommodation). Plus external terraces to front and back of property measuring 60 sq m and giving every room private access to outside fenced secure terrace areas offering choice of sun or shade throughout the day. one terrace affords direct access to swimming pool via communal garden is fitted with locking safety gate. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished to a high standard, offering 3 double bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 shower room with toilet/washbasin, lounge diner,well equiped kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar, utility room All 3 bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes offering ample storage.

(2 of the bedrooms and shower room situated within their own private hallway) lending privacy to sharing family groups or friends. Full air conditioning with reversible heating. The apartment is situated within.a very peaceful residential location, whilst being only a short walk to all local amenities and the fantastic beaches of both Sa Coma and Cala Millor.

Rental cost covers the supply of good quality bed linen & towels, (beach towels not provided), condiments, toilet tissue. Good quality electrical equipment and i pod music dock. Selection of DVD's books & Music CD's available for use.

When searching for a holiday home we chose Mallorca because we have previously visited this beautiful Island many times, we found the climate to be excellent, people extremely friendly, short travel time (2hrs 10mins - London) and accessible by budget airlines. Sa Coma and Cala Millor are family friendly resorts with truly the best golden sand beaches on the whole Island and all within a short stroll of our apartment.

Spacious modern apartment in a peaceful residential area easily accessible for alternative days out if you fancy time off the beach, we are just a couple of miles from the lovely medieval town of Son Severa, Porto Cristo, Caves of Drach, San Salvadore Monastry and much more. The property is on the ground floor and the terrace is adjacent to the communal gardens and pool, we have had a locking gate fitted for the safety of children. Retractable sun awning on terrace overlooking swimming pool. Satellite television and English free view channels. A Bose i pod dock available, along with standard Hi Fi system and selection of music CD's. Plasma wide screen, English free view channels, dvd library, book shelf selection, selection of board games

Beautiful apartment

We arrived late at night, and had clear instructions of how to find the property. The apartment was beautiful, with a stunning patio area looking towards the pool. Ideal for evening drinks! The accommodation is kept to a very high standard and is fully equipped. We had great correspondence from the owner, and she was more than obliging in any issues we had.

It is probably a 10 minute walk into Cala Millor, and there are a huge number of restaurants to choose from. We had good meals at Bonanza BBQ/Grill, Lemans & an Italian next to the Spar / Grand Bahia hotel. Keep away from Café del Sol on the beach - awful meal & service.

Went on the boat trip along the coast which was good fun. Lovely views of the coast. There were brief opportunities to have a swim in the sea.

I would highly recommend this apartment. It is in a quiet location, but still quickly into town.

We had a 10 & 7 yr old in our party, and it was ideal for them, being able to get straight from the apartment into the pool.

A note about transport - we used Ryanair's transfer coach to and from the airport. Just be warned that they want to drop you off at their list of hotels, the closest one being Grand Bahia. Thankfully the owner had sent me the name of the hotel opposite our apartment, and even more thankfully the coach driver agreed to drop us there, even though it wasn't on his "list".

a place to return to.

we have stayed at this apartment for the last 2 years running now, and hope to be able to book again for next year!!

its a brilliant apartment, well equiped for self catering, great outdoor space available. we love the apartment block, its very quiet the pool is fab and we particularly love it because its the ground floor. we have twin girls who are now nearly 4, but were 2.5 and 3.5 when we visited and they have the freedom to come in and out of the apartment on to the terrance to play. there is a gate which we can lock, so very safe. not far to get to the water...a huge bonus for us!!

the beach is a 10-15min walk away, but something we like to do,or you just wouldnt move!! great place to visit,and right in the middle of sa coma, and calla millor.

the super market is within walking distance, and you can grab a taxi back, we have the strollers, so walk..its nice to have a walk in the sunshine!!

Pauline is a great help, ive spoken to her, and always answers and questions i have via phone or email.

we love it and somewhere we hope to return to year after year.

A lovely, modern apartment in a quiet location

I stayed at the apartment during Jun/July 11 with my son (4 yrs) and parents and we all really enjoyed our holiday here. Being on the ground floor, access was very easy whilst feeling secure with the locked gates etc. It was a very quiet complex, which was fine knowing that the cafes/restaurants and beach of Cala Millor were only a short stroll away and fantastic for enjoying the pool.

The apartment was very well furnished and provided everything we needed for our holiday; the only thing I can honestly say we were slightly short on were towels; an extra hand-towel in each bathroom would have been useful. The property adjacent does have some small birds in cages on the adjoining wall and a very quiet friendly dog (didn't bark once during our entire holiday!), neither of which bothered us at all and we're not pet-owners.

I would definitely recommended this property to my friends & family (in fact, I already have!) and would even consider coming back again, which, from someone who likes going somewhere different each year, says a lot!

Sa Coma and Cala Millor are very family-friendly resorts with plenty to do for the young ones - try the Fantasy Park just a couple of blocks back from Cala Millor beach if you have youngsters, for an early evening of fun on the rides! The beaches are lovely with safe, shallow, clear warm sea. Sa Coma is better served by cafes along the back.

Fabulous apartment

This apartment is absolutely great...worth every penny. The location is good. The apartment facilities are great and its just like being a home but with the sun. The children had a lovely time as there is a great pool which was only used by a few families and never overcrowded. The children also had their english channels which they watch at home so they were happy with that too.

I would definately recommend this to all my family/friends and would happily return again.

A superb property of high standard. The appartment is fitted with quality furnishings and everything you need to enjoy a home from home.

The facilities and location are very good, within easy distance of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, with bars, restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. The position of the appartment was superb, on the ground floor, overlooking the easy-to-access pool, with plenty of sun on the large terrace.

We would recommend this property to anyone, and will certainly consider renting it for future holidays.

Fab Holiday

Stayed at this apartment for two weeks September 2009. The apartment was amazing, we couldn't believe how nice it was, the owners have gone to incredible lengths to make it tasteful and confortable. Well equiped kitchen with all basics like salt, pepper, cooking oil, foil, tea bags,washing detergent, barbeque, cool box for the beach! Also T.V, DVD playe,,Hi Fi, i pod dock, CD's, well stocked book shelves, file with local information, map and places to visit only down side no satellite tv currently installed but the owners have supplied a good selection of DVD's to suit most tastes, also we found we were able to watch sports and matches at the bar/restaurants just a few minutes walk away which had satellite tv.

Resort was great, loved the beaches at Cala Millor and Sa Coma both only a few minutes walk away but our favourite was Sa Coma beach. This resort really has something to suit all tastes whether you are a couple like us or a family or want to relax or be active. The owners had left details of some good decent restaurants covering all price ranges, will definately go back.
