This well appointed executive condo is in a LEED certified building, meeting the standards of being eco conscious in the materials used and the way it functions.
Once you enter the main doors, the condo's are townhouse style, each has a private entrance.
2 Floors. Master bedroom has 4 piece en suite. Second BA has 4 piece including a steam shower. Second BR leads to stairway up to rooftop patio.
The main floor is open concept dining and seating area. Kitchen has 5 appliances and a walk in pantry.
Balcony off the main floor over looks Starbucks and is the perfect place for bbq-ing.
Main floor has havea (rubber tree) flooring and upstairs is soft wool carpet.
Entrance level has a sofa bed (double).
Master has a queen bed.
Second bedroom can be configured as an office, a second bedroom for an adult or child. Just let me know what you require and I can appoint it accordingly.
If you have small children: We have a Bjorn Travel crib, high chair, booster seat, infant play-mat, excersaucer and a few toys. Please indicate if you wish to have any of these in the condo for your use.
I grew up in Calgary, then lived overseas for several years, before returning. My husband, children and I are currently residing in the next neighbourhood.

I purchased this property for its unique eco LEED certification, the added security, while still having my own private entrance and for the location.
The terrace is beautiful and the rooftop patio allowed many an entertaining evening, or afternoon in the summer months.
When my family grew out of this condo, we chose to rent it so that we could hang on to this lovely property.
It is steps away from Starbucks, gourmet dine in and take out, spa, yoga and a convenience store. The river paths and c-train station are a 3 min walk away. The stampede grounds are 2 train stops away or a healthy walk.
We recently stayed in this condo during Stampede 101 and found it to be the perfect home away from home. The location is just outside of the downtown area and has easy to access via train, just two stops to the Stampede grounds/downtown area.
The condo comes stocked with everything to cook/bbq and the rooftop patio is the perfect space to catch the afternoon sun while enjoying the view with a drink in hand.
Shann was super accommodating and met us upon arrival, the condo was clean and exactly as described in the listing.
There are a few great cafes within a 5 minute walk, bank, liquor store, starbucks and a huge safeway a few minutes drive.
All guests had a great stay and said I'd found an absolute gem in Calgary. We'll be in touch if we get back again next year.

Close to great resturants, cafes and shops and 2 minutes to the Light Rapid Transit(LRT) thus easy access to the whole city. Walking distance to the Zoo, the Science Center and the river walk.
We are staying in this rental unit for three months while our house is being renovated. I would highly recommend it for short or longer term stays. It comfortably fits a family of three with extra beds and a pull-out couch for additional people needing to stay. The location is unbeatable in the heart of bridgeland with coffee shops, great restaurants a yoga studio and and a great kid's playground all within blocks. It's also a stone's throw to downtown as well as the zoo and the science centre if you have kids. The buidling is really clean, secure and quiet. The unit is bright, modern and immaculate. It has pretty much everything everything you would need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Great place with a central location. There is a Starbucks, Subway sandwiches, and some great casual restaurants next door. Quiet area with an open park a minute away. Minutes from downtown, the airport, and the Zoo is very close by. We had four people in the place and it was comfortable for us. The underground parking was a bonus with the hail storms we experienced. Owners were very helpful and easy to work with. I would stay here again on my next visit to Calgary.
