Sole owner of this property. My parents purchased this home as a vacation home for our family in l953. The home has been in our family since that year. Over the years my parents, and then me, have made several improvements to the home in addition to adding square feet.

Location, location, location! Located on Little Balboa Island, our home is one block from the beach, and just over the bridge from the Main Island shopping district. Quiet neighborhood, yet very friendly neighbors. Home is beautifully furnished and decorated.
My husband and I just spent 7 weeks there, and it was perfect for us! Loved the easy living being a one story, and the owner was so accommodating to our needs. Having quite a few relatives in OC, the location was ideal in getting together with them. It was also convenient entertaining them as well in this home. So nice to walk to restaurants and church. We loved it!
We had the best vacation of our lives. This home was perfect for our family. It is in the perfect location on the little island and was only 1 block from the water and a couple blocks from downtown to all the shops, local market and everything else that makes balboa so special. The home was incredibly clean and well kept. It has flat screen tv's 2 perfect sitting rooms and an incredibly nice master bathroom. Our kids loved their room as well that had 2 twin beds. We can't wait to come back next year!
Catalina Island located 27 miles off the coast is accessible from Newport Beach Harbor via the Catalina Flyer that leaves from the Pavilion on the Balboa Peninsula twice a day.
