Come enjoy the beautiful Beaches of South Walton in this brand new, ground-level, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, sophisticatedly decorated with upscale furnishings. This beach bungalow sleeps 6, one bedroom containing a large king-sized bed, the other a queen bed. It has a pull out sofa sleeper, fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and comfortable living room, patio, stackable washer/dryer.

“CasaRosita was exactly the type of place I was seeking in a getaway from the Midwestern freeze in January. The especially clean condo was a lovely mix of casual but quality furnishings. Although there is an outdoor pool and workout room but a block away, I preferred a daily walk of a mile or so to the local Blue Mountain Beach with its white sands and glorious Gulf waves. The beach at this time of year seems to be mostly used by locals, so it had a deliciously private feel. Also within walkable distance are a number of small shops, restaurants, and a bike rental store. Larger commercial and recreation areas are within easy driving distance. It was especially fun to explore the many charming little towns along the scenic A30 Highway. ”

Great value, great location

We loved staying at Casa Rosita. The location is great-just a quick drive to the beach. We loved that it was on the first level. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds. Love the swimming pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Rosita, it was a perfect size condo for us 5 adults, very nice and clean it was perfect for us. We all love to cook it had a perfect kitchen, outside grill, very nice big pool and workout room, overall we had a great time and would love to come back next year.

The condo was perfect for three sisters. We really liked the size, not to small and not to large. Like baby bear said "this one is just right"! The condo was very clean and neat! Perfect location for all the shopping we did. Went to Destin outlet and went to Seaside to shop. We will be back! My two sisters really aren't beach girls, but i am! I went to the beach with my son and my granddaughters!

Charming condo, perfect location = WONDERFUL VACATION!

Casa Rosita was beyond our expectations. The condo was clean, nicely appointed and the kitchen was very well stocked with many extra amenities you wouldn't find just anywhere! We loved the location just a short walk or bike ride to 30A and the many options for dining, beaching and exploring. We especially loved the easy access to the trail heads for the Point Washington State Forest! We highly recommend walking or biking through the many trails! Be sure to stop at the South Walton Visitor Center as they are very knowledgeable and can guide you towards whatever you might be looking for in a vacation. 30A is magnificent and staying in the quiet Blue Mountain Village was ideal for us. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The gated community environment gave us a peace of mind while the kids could explore the area, pool and work out room. Thanks also to Anne Bruni for the easy booking and for turning on the air conditioning before we arrived. We will definitely be back and recommend booking through Dolphin Developers!

Beautiful 2/2 condo, clean and well kept, in great location!

This condo is in a great location, easy walk to beach, restaurants, shops. Pool and fitness area are well-kept and on property. The condo is immaculate, well appointed and quite large, great patio to sip coffee in the morning, read a book in the afternoon or enjoy the quite breezes in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of parking and nice neighbors. The area has walking paths as well as nature parks/paths, some within walking distance, some are a short bike ride away and others are a short drive away, lots to see and do! We will recommend this condo to all our friends and hope to return soon!
