About the property

Spacious contemporary villa with 4 king size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

A spacious, contemporary villa with 4 large bedrooms, 2 en-suite and 1 family bathroom. All bedrooms have king-size double beds. The two master (en-suite) bedrooms are on the upper floor with patio doors accessing a large roof top terrace with sea views. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the lower floor with patio doors leading to their own terrace. The living areas are large with modern furniture and fittings throughout. There is a large dining table and L-shaped leather sofa in the main living room along with a dining table and chairs on the outside terrace. The whole interior and exterior patio area flooring is locally sourced marble and there is a 9m x 4.5m private pool with extensive sunbathing terraces. The villa is a short walk from the main square of Coveta where you will find a selection of bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket. The tram stop is even closer by. The sea is at the bottom of the road and a small beach is within walking distance.

La Coveta Fuma: La Coveta Fuma is a small village between Alicante & Benidorm, just a few minutes’ drive from El Campello with its stunning palm lined promenade, excellent bars and restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches. Visit the fantastic marina and the lively fish market. Coveta Fuma has a well stocked supermarket and a good selection of bars & restaurants in the village square. It has a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, but is far from being remote, in fact the main scenic coastal railway linking Alicante in the South to Denia in the North is just a short stroll away. Fast, reliable and gloriously cheap, the views are breathtaking; passing through countless towns & villages, Villajoyosa, Altea, Calpe...

Alicante: Accessible in only 20 minutes by car or around 30 minutes on the tram, Alicante is a vibrant and very Spanish city with many unique qualities. It is one of the few cities in Europe to be on the beach! It has a fabulous marina with bars overlooking the fabulous boats moored there. There are lots of interesting shops including El Cortes Ingles which is Spain's principle department store. There are some fabulous restaurants that cater for all tastes and wallets. A visit to the area is not complete with a trip to the Castle of Santa Barbara which is located in the city center and has stunning far reaching views of the area. Also you absolutely must try and get lost in the winding alleys of the Barrios, preferably in the evening when there are literally dozens of bars and restaurants with people spilling out onto the street - great fr people watching.

Coveta Fuma is a pretty coastal village approximately a 25 minute drive from Alicante Airport. The area is delightfully secluded and somewhat rustic but with all the facilities that make for a relaxing holiday. The main square has a selection of bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket. Nearby is the bustling town of El Campello with numerous beach side restaurants and bars, banks, local produce market, various shops and a beautiful sandy beach. Stroll around the lovely harbor, watch the fishing boats, take the little train along its coastal routes and visit, Denia, Calpe, Benidorm, Altea, and Villajoyosa. The theme parks of Terra Mittica, Mundomar, and Aqualandia are in Benidorm just 25 minutes away. Golfers will like the courses nearby, particularly Bonalba which is also the closest. There is also a great spa and beauty salon here.

Beautiful private property in a quiet little town.

  • 5 of 5

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Limon in July.

The house was easy to find by taxi from the airport (around €40) and the instructions on how to gain access we’re clear.

The house was really well equipped with everything we needed for the week including games, books, towels, hair dryer and pretty much anything you could need in the kitchen!

The rooms were a good size and the air con was a serious plus point-especially as when we were there it was incredibly hot!

The outdoor seating areas were perfect for eating and drinking or just getting some respite from the sun!

The pool was just the right size and perfect for cooling off in.

We found the villa had everything that we needed and apart from going to the supermarket and out to dinner a couple of nights we didn’t leave!

It was a bit of a walk (up some very steep hills!) to the local shop/bars, so be prepared for that. The tram stop to get the tram to El Campello was a 5 minute walk away and was really convenient for popping to the bigger town to get food (there’s a big supermarket right by the tram stop) and also restaurants/sandy beach so we opted for this instead of heading to the places in Coveta Fuma.

We pre booked a return taxi with Coveta-XI taxis and they were fantastic. We were also able to get just eat to deliver using their Spanish website.

Thanks for a fabulous stay-we hope to be back soon!

Lovely holiday in a lovely villa!

  • 5 of 5

We have had a great holiday in Casa Limon and would thoroughly recommend it. The standard of accommodation is very high and the house is very well equipped - we had everything we needed.

The tram service up and down the coast is excellent. We used it to visit Alicante (for the day), Altea (change at Benidorm, but well worth a day out), El Campello and Villajoyosa. Villajoyosa was our favourite beach and the town itself is lovely too.

Cala Pisteres is the closest tram stop (with a wonderful view!) but it's good to remember that it's a request stop, so you need to press the button on the door otherwise the tram will go whizzing through the station to the next one, or the next one ..... as we found out.

We hired a car as we had little ones with us but we didn't use it much, just for big food shops, as the tram is so convenient. The village is a bit of a hike for young children, there and back, so the car was good for evenings out, but fine otherwise for walking.

Would love to visit again!

Another great stay at Casa Limon!

  • 5 of 5

This was our second stay at Casa Limon and in the process of booking up again for next year.

Once again, we had a great week in a fantastic villa. The villa itself is very well equipped, spacious and clean and really is a home away from home.

The local tram stop is a 5 minute walk, which takes you to either the local shop/bars at Coveta Fuma or on to the next town El Campello (about 10 mins on the tram), or it can take you to Alicante and Benidorm. It's cheap and easy to use!

The villa, for us, is in an ideal location. It is quiet, not really over looked, yet has all amenities nearby. The views are stunning and look out over to the sea-an idyllic setting for day and night and a lovely BBQ seating area outside to take it all in.

The owner, Daniel, was once again fantastic. Nothing was too much for him and when our friends baby came out in a rash and needed to go to the hospital, Daniel bent over backwards for us and really had such good knowledge of the local area and where to go etc. He just generally made our stay very stress free, which is exactly what we were after.

We don't have a bad word to say about Casa Limon and are already looking forward to our stay there again next year!

Thank you for a wonderful week, we would highly recommend Casa Limon to anyone!

Lovely relaxing villa

  • 4 of 5

A lovely spacious villa which also feels quite homely. Set in a lovely peaceful location with a short stroll down to a rocky bay where you can swim off the rocks if the sea's not too rough. Great base to get to some lovely sandy beaches - El Campello/Villa Joiosa - on the tram and even some shopping at Alicante. Restaurants and bars in Coveta Fuma very good and friendly. If you plan to eat in more than out, then you will probably need a car as carrying heavy bags up the hills can be knackering!! Daniel/Eve and Dave all lovely and go the extra mile to help with any questions/problems.

Great villa

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay in June for a week, the villa was big enough for 8 adults and was really well equipped. We loved the pool and didn't really move that far from it for the week!

There is a great tram service in the area and some good restaurants, would recommend this villa 100%. The owner and housekeeper were very helpful and accommodating to us

Lovely Villa

  • 4 of 5

The property was absolutely lovely. Only one complaint. Our flight was delayed and therefore we arrived much later than we had intended. We hadn't got our own vehicles and relied on a transfer from the airport. We hadn't realised how far the nearest shop/supermarket was and were unable to get milk, water and first day supplies as the shop was closed and we had small children with us.

It would be helpful if this was put in the information sent out to future customers as it did cause upset to the start of our holiday - or even a little welcome pack of milk and water, possibly cheese/biscuits to tied people over the night.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your review it is much appreciated and obviously I'm pleased that, most importantly, you enjoyed the property itself. I'm sorry to hear your flight was delayed, we regularly have guests arriving late and we are more than happy to purchase some basic items on their behalf when requested. Historically we left some basic items but to often found them unused other than the two bottles of wine and water that we still leave for guests. I'm sorry you felt that this upset the beginning of your holiday. Daniel
