Spacious condo, nicely furnished and private ground floor unit. 1 br, 1 ba in tropical setting, fishing pier and private beach access with great sunsets, pool, clubhouse facing the Gulf, walking distance to village, shops, restaurants and Siesta Key public beach.
Love to fish. As I live in Sarasota, always glad to show a renter how to catch fish from our pier and beach. Depending on the time of year we catch, Grouper, Snapper, Trout, Redfish, Tarpon, Bluefish, Spanish Mackeral, Pompano & Sheepshead. There is always something on the bite.

The property is located on Big Pass which runs from Sarasoa Bay to the Gulf. The Gulf view and sunset are the best on Siersta Key!!

The condo was nicely furnished and the king sized bed was very very comfortable! Excellent location as you can walk to everything! Beautiful sunsets and an owner who brings an occasional fresh catch! Very quiet and private being an end unit.
Owner has furnished this condo with nice furnishings, including a king-sized bed. Short walk to private beach and fishing pier (the fishing is excellent). Also, short walk to Siesta Key Village and the public beach. Owner is very friendly and responsive to any questions. He is also local and if you're a good tenant, :-), will bring you fresh fish he catches. Unit is also pet friendly and walk to beach each day is a delight. Suitable for any age but with just one bedroom, best for a couple (or single) I think. Highly recommend.
Had a wonderful stay in this condo in November. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Pleasant, short walk to Siesta Village. Gulf access. Short drive to Sarasota for many activities. Owner was very helpful and accommodating.
Just returned from a month at this condo and it was the best month ever. The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked...all I needed was a toothbrush! The king bed was is sooooo comfortable, and the location is awesome. I only moved my car on only three or four occasions....everything is within walking distance. I loved taking my little dog for a walk every morning into the Village and having my iced coffee at The Local Bean. The pool is shared by 16 condos, and there was no one there most of the time, so it was like having a private pool...just steps away. The private beach is awesome for watching the sunset, swimming and boat-watching, and there is fishing off the private pier..a very short walk from the condo. I hope to return next year and maybe stay even longer. Thanks John!!!!!
