Serene!

This place has been one of my favorite places to stay at ever. Its allowed me to truly reset as this place was so relaxing and serene. I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a calm that comes over you when staying at a place like this. I really did love it!

No place we would rather "BE."

This house is located perfectly on Balboa Island so our entire vacation we never moved our car, you can walk everywhere!! Up at 7:00 boarding on the bay that is just like glass!! Ultimate for our group.

House is very warm and welcoming.....along with neighbors. All the necessities needed +. Washer and dryer was perfect....And the fabulous patio allowed us to meet a lot of nice people daily......It's all an A+

Best spot on Balboa Island

We have stayed on Balboa Island for our vacation for the past several years. This was our first time at this location and it was phenomenal. We vacationed with our kids and grandkids and they were begging to come back next year as we walked out the door. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful. Best of the Best!!!!

Best location on the island!

The house is clean and well kept, the location is as good as it gets, and the neighbors are amazing. This is the perfect home for those looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. The water is always calm so it's perfect for those looking to enjoy a dip during the summer.

Waking up each morning with a view of the bay and the boats is one of my favorite things in the world! I'd grab a cup of coffee, then take a walk around the island. You can't really start your day any better.
