Great location. Very clean, comfortable, pretty property. Highly recommend it!
I stayed here for a long girls’ weekend. There was plenty of room for 7 people. Beds were really comfortable and there is lots of space for hanging out inside and on the patio beside the boardwalk. The house has tons of natural light. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. The owner Brad is super accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Great time at Balboa Waterfront Home!
Our family had a wonderful stay in VRBO #419417. We stayed for four
nights just before Thanksgiving 2017. The home is cozy and clean. The waterfront view was great. We enjoyed kayaking and sand chairs provided by the owner. The VRBO photos of this property are near exact to what you'll experience when you stay here. The property owner, Brad Salter, provided GREAT customer service and was easily accessible. The beds were comfy. We appreciated T.V.'s in all three bedrooms. The living room has a cozy fireplace for winter months. The seating in the living room provided a great gathering place for our family. We especially enjoyed walking around the island. It is an easy walk to the village where there are multiple good restaurants, coffee and candy shops, bakeries and other retail shops.The whole area has a great vibe where you can relax, play and enjoy life! We highly recommend staying at VRBO 419417 on Balboa Island.
Fun on Balboa Island!
Great instructions from owner; fantastic location; best overall equipped of any VRBO we have stayed in; table and chairs in front yard, and on dock, were perfect for relaxing; got used to aircraft taking off from John Wayne Airport. Hope to rent again.
Balboa Island is set in beautiful Newport Harbor. The Balboa Island Ferry runs to the Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Pier, Maritime Museum, Restaurants and Shops and Newport Peninsula.. A two lane bridge connects us to Pacific Coast Hwy with Laguna Beach just 15 minutes south on PCH - 20 minutes to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, The Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre, Orange County Swap Meet and more.
