A stylish renovation, complete with new carpets, textiles and furniture, make this Kings Beach vacation rental the perfect spot to unwind after a long day on the slopes. A loft space, two bedrooms, and a large living room create a haven for anyone looking to get away from it all.
A large and airy living room boasts wood-slanted ceilings, comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and wood-burning fireplace, making it an ideal place to have a warm cozy night in. A spiral staircase immediately catches the eye, while a sliding glass door leads out onto a lovely balcony with a gas grill and small seating area for al fresco dinners or just a nice glass of wine.
The dining room seats four and the kitchen has recently been remodeled with special upgrades such as a stainless steel gas stove, dishwasher and a three-seat breakfast bar. The chef in your group will feel right at home here!
Down one flight of stairs, you'll find two bedrooms. The master boasts a king-size bed, a wood-beam ceiling, distressed wood furniture and a flatscreen TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed, flatscreen TV and floor-to-ceiling windows. Two full bathrooms lie just down the hall so nobody has to jockey for space. An upstairs sleeping loft offers two additional twin beds, perfect for the kids in the party.
A washer and dryer are on hand as is free WiFi. Guests also have access to the condo complex amenities, which include a pool, sauna, and tennis courts.
Kings Beach is a popular recreational spot in North Lake Tahoe, especially in the hazy, lazy days of summer. Try stand-up paddle boarding or head out on a kayak. You're also close to the casinos in Nevada nor the ski slopes at Northstar, Alpine Meadows, or Squaw Valley. Enjoy hiking in the surrounding parks and in winter, there's also places to snowshoe or snowmobile, too.
You're never far from the action at this cozy and comfortable North Lake Tahoe vacation rental!
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wifes family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a websitecould be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Unfortunately, the day i arrived the exterior of the condo was being painted, so there were no addresses on the condo's - so i had to reach out to the office and the local agent ( who did not return my call), to try and find the correct condo. There was incorrect info provided on the internet, so i needed to call them again.
Once in - the condo was great, and It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances.
Unfortunately the painters had to come the next two days to paint the exterior, so i was very unhappy that i was not made aware that the condo was being painted. I made 5 calls, and i would like to hear back from VRBO.
Nice, clean unit. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Would definitely rent again
Very nice unit, comfortable beds, plenty of room, kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. Only drawbacks are poor lighting in living area, and squeaky floors upstairs, which makes it hard for those that enjoy sleeping in. Would recommend.
Nice little condo...a little dated and there were a few cobwebs when we arrived but we cleaned them up quickly. The description made me think it was a little closer to town than it actually was but that may have been my fault in not paying close enough attention--it was still a good location just not so easy to walk into town for dinner, etc. If you're traveling with couples, the loft would not be very suitable for a couple but kids would love it...so I'd call it a 2.5 bedroom.
Fair value for the price...we started the week at the Hyatt Regency in Incline village which was far ritzier but also far more expensive. For our dollar, this place was a great alternative and we had a terrific couple of days.
My family totally enjoyed this place and we had one of our best vacations ever!
The check in and out process was easy and the accomadations were very comfortable. We are already making plans to come back.
