A stylish renovation, complete with new carpets, textiles and furniture, make this Kings Beach vacation rental the perfect spot to unwind after a long day on the slopes. A loft space, two bedrooms, and a large living room create a haven for anyone looking to get away from it all.
A large and airy living room boasts wood-slanted ceilings, comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and wood-burning fireplace, making it an ideal place to have a warm cozy night in. A spiral staircase immediately catches the eye, while a sliding glass door leads out onto a lovely balcony with a gas grill and small seating area for al fresco dinners or just a nice glass of wine.
The dining room seats four and the kitchen has recently been remodeled with special upgrades such as a stainless steel gas stove, dishwasher and a three-seat breakfast bar. The chef in your group will feel right at home here!
Down one flight of stairs, you'll find two bedrooms. The master boasts a king-size bed, a wood-beam ceiling, distressed wood furniture and a flatscreen TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed, flatscreen TV and floor-to-ceiling windows. Two full bathrooms lie just down the hall so nobody has to jockey for space. An upstairs sleeping loft offers two additional twin beds, perfect for the kids in the party.
A washer and dryer are on hand as is free WiFi. Guests also have access to the condo complex amenities, which include a pool, sauna, and tennis courts.
Kings Beach is a popular recreational spot in North Lake Tahoe, especially in the hazy, lazy days of summer. Try stand-up paddle boarding or head out on a kayak. You're also close to the casinos in Nevada nor the ski slopes at Northstar, Alpine Meadows, or Squaw Valley. Enjoy hiking in the surrounding parks and in winter, there's also places to snowshoe or snowmobile, too.
You're never far from the action at this cozy and comfortable North Lake Tahoe vacation rental!

Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wifes family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a websitecould be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Great place to stay. Roomy and had everything we needed!
Beautiful setting, excellent facility, every bit as comfortable as home.
My family and I had a great time at this condo. It was clean with all the essentials provided. Just a short drive to town and the beach. Quiet neighborhood with pool and tennis courts. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Tahoe!
It can be difficult to make a choice of vacation rentals when there are so many options, but I was extremely pleased with my choice for this property. Everything was as in the photos, if not better. The overall size was bigger than I expected and the kitchen very well equipped.
For me, I was most pleased to have my own washer and dryer, along with associated detergents as I had been travelling for a few weeks prior to arrival and needed a freshen up. The games shelf was very well received and we had a lot of fun playing a few of them.
A few tips:
-For the ladies I would suggest BYO hair dryer because the one in the bathroom wasn't fantastic.
- Have a look in the pantry before you go shopping. I doubled up on a few things not knowing there were already some items there
- Read the instructions on operating the TV/Cable before pressing buttons on the remotes. It took us a few days to get cable to work because we un-synced the whole operating system and couldn't get it to turn on. Whoops!
- There are some toiletries provided on arrival but not replenished, I recommend bringing your own.
- Walking up stairs in living room does carry noise into the main bedroom (squeaky floorboards). It wasn't overly loud, but noticeable if you are trying to lay in and others are awake.
Overall we would definitely choose this property again. Size was in excess of our needs and the kitchen very well equipped to self cater. I liked that the pantry had some dry food available and the spice rack was also useful. There isn't a view as such but there is value for money in the size.
