Why Gina Williams chose Chupadero
When we first bought this property it was on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and we started as one of those "looky lookers" had no intentions on buying a home here, we just wanted to look around at homes but when we drove up to this property, the first thing I did was run up the hill and fell in love with the views here. I didn't even look at the house, it was all about the surrounding views. And was lucky this home had this guest house. We had hoped family & friends would come & visit us but then they bought their own homes. So it doesn't get used as much and hence came the idea to selectively rent it out.
What makes this Cottage unique
Undoubtedly, the views will engulf you. You can't take enough pictures here in this "Land of Enchantment". It is food for the soul. We have ample stuff to do here. If you like to hike, bike ride, fishing and exploring, it's all here. We have the Arts, Museums, Fine dining and Entertainment.

Didn’t want to leave!!
This place was so amazing I wish I had stayed longer. Enjoy breakfast outside in the courtyard and/or drinks at the seating area up the hill behind the house while watching the sunset. Even though you’re in a neighborhood it felt as if there was nobody around. Gina and Vance were super nice and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough. I hope to have to chance to come back!
Excellent Property and Visit
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gina and Vance's lovely casita. The owners have really put the work in on this place and it shows. The casita itself is tastefully decorated and it has everything you could want for your stay...not to mention a bottle of wine to greet you. We also enjoyed visiting with the friendly and helpful artist neighbor. Visitors from flat lands may be slightly intimidated on first arrival by the steep gravel driveway, but after one time you realize that there is no problem. Our only suggestion to the owners would be to slightly update the instruction manual to reflect the new TV which is in place. This was not a problem for us since we have a similar TV at home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away from the city bustle of Santa Fe and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains.
I love my time here and have visited numerous times. Gina and Vance are lovely, gracious hosts! Beautiful views and a great casita, too! Thanks again for hosting me!
A haven in the hills!
Before we drove up to this property, we didn’t realize just how spectacular it would be! Not only is Gina extremely helpful and warm but the casita is adorable and the views are unbeatable! There’s nothing negative to say about this place - don’t consider anywhere else for your stay in Santa Fe!
Great and Relaxing Getaway
Wonderful property, really enjoyed it. So quiet and romantic.
A quiet retreat for two in a convenient location
We really enjoyed staying in the guest house. Quiet! Although this is situated in an upscale neighborhood it felt as though we were the only people around . The accommodations were perfect: clean, well supplied, everything worked. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the bottle of wine and chocolates! A nice touch. Will recommend to friends and family.
