The location has been the best for our party and the whole rental went smoothly. We dream of going back as soon as possible and enjoy again this beautiful and resourcing place. Will recommend to anyone I know who wants to discover the elegant Paris. We were surprised by the quality of the apartment. The owner should do a less humble description of this place.
This apartment was lovely and spacious - 2 bedrooms both of good size. The kitchen and baths were renovated with an eye to good design. the neighborhood is great for those who like quiet and privacy, with just a few minutes walk to metro and Champs Elysees. It would be less appropriate for those looking for vibrant nightlife and late night activity. We loved it. Gave us quiet respite in between our forays out.
Pleasant, roomy, well-equipped apartment in the classy 16th arrondissement in Paris. No elevator and rather squiffy neighbors, but a respectable building in a quiet area, relatively close to shops and outdoor markets (~10 mn walk), so really quite agreeable.
After we cleared out some rather antiquated and dusty objects from the kitchen cupboards, we secured the extra room we needed for food shopping. (I might add that we had chosen the apartment in part due to its well-appointed and roomy kitchen.)
The owner promptly brought around a couple of items that were missing & also unlocked a supplementary closet so that we could actually hang up clothes in both bedrooms. :-)
Probably the only negative point was the surprising flippancy of the rental agency's greeting team: 2 young folks who did not make the slightest gesture to help us (a retired couple) with our luggage in the narrow & steep staircase. Shall we say shocking?
This was an outstanding apartment, lots of space for all 4 of us, we enjoyed the comfort of it that we felt as if we were at home. Very private location and beautiful apartment.
The apartment was above expectation: large, clean, elegant with tasteful furniture.
It is in a great location, close to subways, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and sites in the Champs Elysees neighborhood. The host was wonderful. She provided ample details and information about the apartment prior to arrival and once we got there.
We felt home, we did not want to leave!
Excellent spacious apartment in such a lovely and safe area. Our family loved staying here during our stay in Paris. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had hardwood floors (perfect for my allergies). It was so close to the metro and the Champs Elysees. We all enjoyed our stay in Paris and would definitely recommend this apartment. Adine was very helpful. patient and pleasant to deal with and Ana our hostess was very professional and polite. Hope to go back soon:)
