Fully air conditioned brand new 3-bed apartment in a beautiful complex. With stylish, modern equipment and furnishings the apartment sleeps 6 people. The master en-suite bedroom has patio doors leading onto a large balcony. The second double bedroom also has an en-suite shower/toilet. Third bedroom has twin beds and a separate bath and toilet. A spacious open plan kitchen with oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave, leads onto a spacious lounge/dining area with seating for 6. Large flat screen TV and a DVD player are provided. A private balcony with furniture, is accessed from the living area and master bedroom. Large communal feature swimming pool with separate children's pool is located in the centre of the complex and offers free use of sun loungers, parasols and poolside showers. The property has a covered allocated parking space which is most welcome in the hot summer months. A private tennis court is available for the exclusive use of complex residents.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean, spacious and well equipped apartments. The whole apartment is well kept, very clean and decorated to a very high standard.
If like us, you have a young family we cooked in a few nights and the kitchen was brillant very well equipped, everything was there that we needed.
The directions provided by Sharad from the airport to the complex were excellent and precise (we didn't get lost even though it was very late when we landed).
I would not hesitate to recommend the apartments to my family and friends and look forward to returning ourselves in the near future.
Very close by is a beach Fishermans beach which was a beautiful cove. Also a short drive from the well known Fig Tree bay & Nissi beaches. Restaurant close by we went to a couple of times was Faliros, the food and service were lovely.
The apartment is on a quiet complex and is spacious, well maintained and clean with a well equipped kitchen. As we had our elderly Father with us, we found the lift very useful. There is a large swimming pool, which we used with plenty of sun loungers. The parking space was in a shaded area. The Service lady was very helpful. There are plenty of restaurants close by and also a large supermarket with everything you need. I would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends.
When you book a property online even though you do get to see a lot of photos of the apartment and the area, you are always worried as to what you are going to find when you arrive. It was a great relief arriving at Kapparis holiday apartment. The apartment was as described. It was nicely furnished in plain stylish furniture, not too busy, everything looked new and well taken care of. We had all we needed. Like the bedrooms and living area, the balcony was indeed spacious overlooking a nicely planted green area. We did not use the swimming pool, we prefer the sea every time but my husband and daughter used the tennis court provided despite the heat. The apartment is located at a 5 minutes’ drive from one of the largest and cheapest supermarkets in the area which we found very convenient. Furthermore a double shaded parking is provided right under the apartment which was great since we had two cars. Both the owner and the service lady were very helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this property for anybody considering visiting the area.
Our family of 6 stayed at The Great Lion Complex, where we had a super holiday. First the owner, kindly assisted us with car rental from the airport. Second she mailed a detailed instruction on how to find the Complex, and we had absolutely no problem finding our way (even in the middle of the night).Everything was ever so organized!!On location we could get all the help we needed from the house owners maintanance person.The flat was spotless clean and welcoming with fresh towels and bed spreads. We felt it was luxury with 3 en suite bedrooms w. baths/ toilets.The house was light and spacious with a wonderfull terrace.We can only give our highest recommendation to this holiday home.
Had a wonderful stay in a fantastic, spacious apartment. Stayed in July 2009 we were fortunate enough to be the first people to use this so everything was sparkling and new!. The Communal pool was very clean and there weren’t too many other people in there for most of the time. Complex was generally quite quiet. The tennis court was great but no power was connected so couldn’t use the floodlight, which was a pity as due to the high temperatures only wanted to get on there late afternoon / evening. The location of the apartment was on the outskirts of Kapparis so a car was necessary as we wanted to explore the island.

This luxurious new apartment is located within the prestigious Great Kings complex in Kapparis. This charming coastal resort boasts an array of restaurants, some of the loveliest golden sandy beaches on the island as well as all year round facilities. All of the amenities are within 15 minute walk of the complex, which makes it an ideal holiday base. Kapparis' close proximity to both the sea and the local town of Paralimni, which has its own abundance of tavernas, cafés and boutiques, gives it a more traditional feel to the holiday. For more energetic, the action packed resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras are a short drive away where you can enjoy the lively night life as well as beautiful beaches and water parks during the day. Almost all the beaches which are in close proximity have strictly controlled water sports facilities and the famous Fig Tree Bay is only a 10 minute drive away. The beaches also provide clear shallow water ideal for children.
