New 2 bedroom apartment (sleep 6) overlooking stunning old town of Kotor

New, high quality, luxurious 2 bedroom apartment with spacious balcony offering glorious views of the Bay. Situated in the small complex of 'Kotor Vista' with two swimming pools and a small cafe serving drinks. The pool is open from May 15th to Oct 15th. The apartment is one of only six in a low rise building with a fantastic view over to the old town. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom with a full length hydro-massage bathtub. The living room and open plan kitchen are fully furnished and the apartment is fitted with a flat screen TV, DVD player and FREE high speed wireless internet connection and sat. TV. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and a huge balcony looking out over the bay. Air conditioning and central heating/underfloor heating are installed. The terrace furniture set (table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and parasol) is great for enjoying meals or a glass of wine while watching the sun go

Environmentally Friendly: The apartment and surrounding grounds contain many environmentally friendly features. Rainwater is recycled for garden and pool useage. Both the swimming pools and hot water systems are partially heated by solar power. The gardens are lit with solar power lights.

Wall and roof insulation and double glazed windows help minimise energy needed for cooling and heating.

Inside the apartment, all light bulbs have low energy consumption. The oak flooring is sourced from sustainable forests.

Travel from Dubrovnik by car: Travelling from Dubrovnik Airport by car: Leaving the airport you turn left onto the main road E65 then a straight drive for 20km to the Croatia boarder and in to Montenegro. Continue on the main road for 8km you will pass through the town of Hercig Novi. A further 20km will bring you to the village of Kamenari at the mouth of Kotor Bay. Here you can take the short ferry crossing at a cost of 4 euros. Leaving the ferry at the other side you turn left onto E65 and follow the small lake road for a further 15km until you reach the village of Muo. You will see Kotor Harbour and Old Town across the bay on your left. Look for the Kotor Vista apartment sign on the left. Turn right at the sign and then right again, up the hill which bends left and onto the flat car park area. .

Travel from Tivat Airport by car: Distance aprox 10Km : Turn right out of the airport, follow the E65 for 2km towards Budva. Turn left on the Tunnel Road signposted Kotor. This will take you through the mountain tunnel coming out close to Kotor town. At the small roundabout near the water front turn left around the bay road towards Muo. Look for the Kotor Vista apartment sign on your right. Turn left at the sign and then right again, up the hill which bends left and onto the flat car park area. This year Thomson and 1st Choice chartered flights go from London Gatwick direct to Tivat on Wednesdays in July and August. Montenegro Airlines also fly direct from London Gatwick to Podgorica in Montenegro (40km from Kotor) on Wenesday & Sundays. BA fly to Dubrovnik from London Gatwick all year round. From April to October Easyjet fly from London Gatwick, Liverpool & from May 2010, London Stansted.

The apartment at the Kotor Vista complex will be our home away from away. My wife and I fell in love with the area, the first time we visited in 2006. The people are warm and friendly, the climate wonderful, and the views over the bay and the surrounding mountain range are truly breathtaking. The fact that Montenegro boast 200 sunny days a year is in stark contrast to the weather in my native Scotland and was a major attraction. The huge balcony comes equipped with 2 new sun loungers and parasol offering the opportunity to lie back and enjoy the beautiful views. There is also a wooden table and 4 matching chairs, which is ideal for dining outdoors. A welcome pack is presented to all guests upon arrival. The history and culture which the country and specifically Kotor has to offer is astonishing. I hope you will enjoy everything that the property and the area has to offer. A little slice of heaven

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to Paul and Vesna for our lovely holiday at Kotor Vista. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty for us, and when we finally got to have our holiday it was perfect. We loved Kotor and thought the apartment was perfectly placed. We met some other lovely people at the apartments and our kids had a blast in the pool. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ships come in and out. We loved walking on the walls, the przno beach on the Lustica peninsula, and the gorgeous village of Rose. The information provided in the apartment helped us find these places, and it was a very comfortable base for our holiday. We'd love to come back again one day. With thanks The Haygarths

Superb two weeks holiday in a fantastic apartment

I have just returned from a two weeks holiday with my partner and daughter age 12. We can highly recommend this excellent modernised apartment complete with stunning views across the bay.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area, peaceful and beautifully decorated to a modern standard. It was spotless, comfortable and very spacious. The balcony was huge and fantastic to sit out on whilst having a meal or a drink and watching the ships come and go. The scenery was amazing and swimming in the fjord was superb. It was only 20 minutes walk into the beautiful old town of Kotor where you pass local bars, grocery, fresh fruit and veg and supermarket and best of all a specialist butcher all within walking distance of apartment.

Paul the apartment owner was very friendly and helpful prior to our trip and upon arrival we were welcomed by Vesta with some necessities in the fridge, which was very useful and thoughtful.

This was a relaxing holiday with easy access to everywhere which I would recommend to anyone. The location was excellent we wish we were still there - thanks Paul!

Amazing 2 week summer holiday with the kids

We had an amazing 2 week summer holiday in Montenegro. Myself, my wife and our 2 girls ( aged 5&10)

The apartment exceeded our expectations and has everything a family would need. (Including very fast wi fi) a must with kids. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We spent lots of time on the huge balcony for meals, sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying the breath taking views over the bay of Kotor.

Paul the owner was extremely helpful and informative, giving lots of suggestions which helped our trip run smoothly, car rental, restaurant recommendations and family days out.

The apartment is in a ideal location to explore Kotor and the surrounding area by walking, car or bus. It's 15mins walk to the old town, also beaches, waterparks, boat trips and parasailing all an easy 10-30mins drive.

We all loved the swimming pools and Jacuzzi - shallow pool for our youngest and a bigger deeper pool for the oldest, whilst still enjoying the beautiful views. I would 100% recommend the apartment for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in a beautiful part of the world.

Little piece of heaven!

I have just returned from enjoyable perfect 14 nights break in Kotor Montenegro with my fiance and I can highly recommend this superb modernised apartment complete with Stunning swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

The apartment complex is in a quiet residential area was peaceful and easy to reach from the airport it is a perfect location and a walk into the beautiful old town of Kotor takes less than 25 minutes - on route there is some local bars, grocery, fresh fruit and veg and supermarket complete with specialist butcher all within walking distance of apartment

Paul the apartment owner was very friendly, helpful and informative before our trip and upon arrival we were welcomed by Vesta with a care package including cold drinks which was a nice personalised touch.

It is spotless and comfortable, beautifully decorated and well designed and furnished and equipped as well as being very spacious

The spectacular breathtaking stunning views from the large balcony and also the pool area really are sublime day or night - cruise ships docked out in the bay, beautiful yachts and the Fantastic clear views of old Kotor town and Fortress Walls. It really is beyond your wildest imagination how beautiful waking up every morning to this view outside your bedroom patio window or balcony.

Perfect for meals in the sun and sitting with a book and a glass of wine in the evening or even just relaxing on the ultra comfortable sun loungers it exceeded all our expectations with an amazing ever changing Landscape

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to everywhere then do not hesitate to book this lovely first class apartment.

I spent 2 weeks in Muo with my fiancé & had an amazing time. The apartment has everything you need for home away from home. The WI FI is also an added bonus. There is a lovely pool with plenty of loungers. There is also a small children's play area which can be seen from the balcony. The views are breathtaking, just waking up every morning to those mountains, bay & sunshine is amazing. Kotor old town is not far & about 2 euros in a taxi. It's a beautiful quaint area that must be seen, along with climbing the wall. The area is not over priced like some countries that use the euro. There are a couple of beautiful bars along the stretch to the left of the apartment which sit along the water.

I would highly recommend the apartment & Kotor to everyone. I hope to be back again some day. ❤️

Amazing Family Holiday

I have just returned from a 10 night break in Kotor with my husband and boys aged 5 & 8. We found the apartment to be first class, well maintained and spotlessly clean, it felt like home from home. We spent lots of time on the balcony eating, sun bathing and watching the amazing views. We noticed our balcony had good quality sun lounger and parasol that I didn't see on many of the other apartments. Also we had a second air conditioned unit in the master bedroom which is a must! Our boys loved the pool and small swing park and spent most of our days between beach and pool. Evenings where spent dining out in the old town which has a vast amount of restaurants and shops and is only a 20 minute walk from the apartment or a 2/3 euro taxi ride. I would 100% recommend the apartment and Kotor for a family holiday and can't wait to return.

The property is situated in the tranquil village of Muo just 100m from the waterfront and enjoys a beautiful view over the Bay to Kotor old town. The bay is a UNESCO world heritage site and the old city of Kotor is one of the most exquisitely preserved medieval centres in the Mediterranean. Narrow cobbled streets open out onto piazzas, churches, cathedrals and palaces. There is a lively atmosphere among the many varied restaurants and bars. Muo is conveniently located to Dubrovnik airport (45km) and Tivat airport (10km) both of which are 2.5 hour flights from London. The apartment is a 1 min walk from the waterfront and a 20 minute bayside walk to Kotor old town. Around the old town, the awe-inspiring 12 century city walls climb 200m up the sheer mountain face and form an impressive backdrop to Kotor's annual venetian carnival. Kotor is only a couple of hours drive from the ski resorts of Zabljab and Kolasin as well as the the stunning River Tara canyon.
