This 2 bedroom, corner apartment is in a small private block of 14 Situated just behind Pine Walk close to the Illa D’or hotel. As it is situated on the third floor, it has views of either the mountains or the sea from each of the large windows on all three sides.

The very stylish bar/restaurant on the ground floor has a beautiful Large pool with children's area and sunbathing areas that residents can use

It is only 50 yards to the beach and the centre of Puerto Pollensa is approximately 15 to 20 min stroll down the attractive pedestrianized Pine walk.

The apartment has a fully fitted separate kitchen with an open plan lounge /dining area. This leads off to one of the double bedrooms with the other double/twin being located through the hall. There are two balconies, the front overlooks pine walk and the sea and has chairs and a small table, and the rear overlooks Boquer valley hills.

The quiet street between the apartment block and pine walk provides ample parking

In the high season the bar downstairs has live music ( a small local band or guitarist) on Monday and Friday it ends on the dot of midnight

The picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa lies on the northern tip of Majorca. It's lovely setting and old world charm makes it a favorite amongst holiday makers. Life revolves around it's fabulous sandy beaches, the harbor and the open-air cafés. It is particularly popular amongst families as much of the resort is pedestrianized and, of course, the locals welcome children wherever you go.

There are a few steps up to the apartment from the lift. There are roll down blinds on the front balcony. Great views from large windows on all 3 sides. Pool open end of may to end of October approx The front balcony has a limited view to the sea, small table and chairs, and a wind down blind for the sunThe rear balcony has views to the Boquer hills and has a table and 2 chairs, ideal for the early morning coffee On the ground floor there is a hairdressers and a small gift shop. and the Laguna bar Large pool has childrens area and belongs to the bar but may be used by residents the restaurant/bar has live tasteful musicWifi is available within the bar. it is important to note that clients own food and drink may not be taken to the pool area. It is also regarded as polite to purchase some drinks?food from the bar if prolonged use of the pool , the facilities and the sunbeds are used

Well presented apartment, spacious and good location

Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Lots of big windows allowing plenty of light and a gap between the buildings in front allow for a glimpse of the sea. Within 1 minute walk to the pine walk and within 10 minute very gentle stroll to the centre of pollensa.

Pool area very well maintained with plenty of sun loungers at no extra charge.

Superbly friendly bar man - Miguel- offering pool service and a bar with atmosphere and is very welcoming.

Definitely would recommend for families and couples - overall good value for money.

Pleasant stay in great location

The apartment was clean, light, airy and comfortable in a great location, just back from the sea front and the lovely Pine Walk, and with pleasant views from the windows, a glimpse of the sea from one and of the mountains from another. So nice to be able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes! Carmen who looks after the apartment was really helpful, we had to call her when we arrived as a lock had broken, but she arrived straightaway and sorted things out as quickly as poss so we could enter the apartment. One point we'd like to make is the lack of anything in the kitchen to make coffee in, I think it would be good to provide something. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay, we found Port de Polenca a pleasant resort to stay in, The Pine Walk looking out over the bay is very pretty and attractive, and so many good restaurants there to choose from. We also drove out to the Formentor headland with its amazing coastline views, and visited the Albufera nature reserve just along the coast south of Alcudia where saw a lot of birdlife, including an osprey, it was brilliant. From the apartment, it was just a short walk to the start of the Boquer valley, which is a beautiful walk down leading down to a cove, also great for seeing birds, including Booted eagles. The weather was warm and sunny for the 10 days we were there. All in all, we had a great time and hope to return soon.

Modern clean apartment

Modern clean apartment - loads of space. Good powerful shower. Nice sitting out on the balconies. Temperatures reached 30 degrees and the A/C was fine. Parking on street not a problem. Only downside was one night of live music til 12 at the bar downstairs - unfortunately coinciding with the Monday we arrived, and really wanted an early night. Wouldn't have been a problem otherwise or if we'd remembered earplugs. We forgave them (the bar) as the takeaway we had from them was excellent. Toni's Cafe great for lunch and only about a 2 minute walk.

Good value for money

The property is spotlessly clean and fresh, lots of windows offer views all around. We thought it represented good value for money as port de pollenca is a (justifiably) expensive resort town. We absolutely loved our stay and are returning to the town next year. A couple of minor points worth noting- Laguna bar pool is handy as an alternative to the beach however there are bands which play till after 12 on Mondays and Fridays. Whilst we were there, the Monday night band coincided with a night where we were hoping to lay low for the evening instead of heading out which was a pain. There is 1 main air con unit installed which battled against what was a very hot week. The main bedroom was fine but it didn't reach the smaller twin bed room. There is a fairly effective fan in this room but it wasn't quite powerful enough on the hotter nights. Having said that, it was fine - not a major discomfort but our children complained about being hot at night. The owner was very responsive and kindly let us check in early.
