This lovely home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms all on the upper level with the added sleeping area of a futon for sleeping on the open-air deck (there is no access to backyard and lower level). Master bedroom has one queen bed, direct deck access, a jacuzzi tub in the masterbath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has one queen bed and a walk in closet with extra linens for futon. The third bedroom has a daybed and twin trundle bed. There is plenty of off-street parking with a three car garage, large driveway and boat/RV parking with a lockable gate. The covered deck runs the length of the home and has a propane grill and table with chairs for enjoying outdoor meals.
My husband has lived and worked at or near Lake Powell for over 20 years. When it became necessary for us to move, he wanted to find a way to continue to share the wonders of this area with visitors from all over the world and the idea of keeping our home as a vacation rental was born. There are so many wonderful things to see and do here that no one can do it all in just one visit and it is our hope that you will return over and over to enjoy the beauty of Lake Powell and the surrounding areas while staying in our home.

We fell in love with our home when we opened the glass doors to the full-length covered deck and saw all the wonderful natural light in all the rooms. The vaulted ceilings add to the expansive feel in the living room area and we really enjoy the jacuzzi tub as well! Another great thing is the quick access to Lake Powell National Golf Course and the Rim View trail, which provide awesome views of Lake Powell itself and the Colorado River canyons.
Had a great time with our fourth stay at the Lake Powell Vacation home. Maintained very well. Had one minor problem with air conditioning again this year but was repaired right away and had several contacts afterward to make sure it was working. It would be nice to have two regular twin beds in the third bedroom rather than the trundle bed or leave the trundle and put another twin in the room.
Our stay was wonderful. The home offered everything we needed and the neighborhood was delightful. I would recommend this home to others.
Natalie’s house is very clean and functional. The house is at north end of Page town, quiet, surrounded by upper scale houses. Big garage. We love the kitchen, full set of cooking utensils. We were able to buy supply from nearby Safeway and make dumplings! We had a great time eating dinner at outdoor balcony while sun was setting. We watched our own video via DVD player in the living room. After a week lon trip from Las Vegas, Zion, Bryce, Arches, Mesa Verde, Four Corners, Monument Valley, Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell boat ride, we finally able to call the house a home. The description and pictures of the house on HomeAway are accurate. Communication with Natalie was responsive. She is even willing to provide a large cooler for us to use on the boat ride to Rainbow Bridge NM. The Wi-Fi is strong yet the internet connection was bit slow. We clean up the house before we leave because we loved it so much and want to rent it again from Natalie.

Location good. House is clean, except white towels which is old and looks dirty. Very slow WiFi, even YouTube was not working. We stayed 4 night and three times in the morning (sometimes evening) was no hot water. Manager was coming first time in 15 minutes and she was opening access to boiler's thermostat. I was re-setting upper thermostat many times after her. Microwave was not working.
We stayed here during the month of March, 2016 for a couple of nights and the experience was very good. The house was located in a good residential place within few miles from Antelope canyon and Glen canyon Dam. It was well maintained and Natalie was very friendly. The scenic view from the patio was lovely. We just had one issue. We were not getting hot water in the morning and brought it to her notice. Since she was staying nearby, she immediately came to us and resolved the issue. We faced the same problem next day too but after 9 AM. By then we all got ready to leave the place. We did mention her this while leaving and she said she will look into the problem. Hopefully by now, it should have been permanently fixed :) Over all, Our stay was very good and would definitely recommend it to people visiting Page.
This home in Page AZ was one of the nicest and certainly MOST QUIET home we have ever rented. Natalie was most accommodating with our needs. This home is in the most quiet neighborhood we have experienced yet. It was truly a bird sanctuary. No barking dogs. No loud music or cars. What a special treat to actually relax on our badly needed time-out. The instruction book was by far and away the best yet for a rental property. It told us how to deal with emergencies, where good restaurants were, sights to see, and special "need to know information" about operations of the home. Well done Natalie!!!! We would book this property again in a heart beat!
Within 15 minutes of Glen Canyon Recreational Area, Lake Powell marinas and beaches, watercraft rentals, Glen Canyon Dam tours, Antelope Canyon tours, Rainbow Bridge tours, Colorado Rivers float trips/white water trips, and dinner cruises.
