David and Stephanie love to travel the world, as a matter of fact these two Californians met in Paris, France one April day in 2005. Over the years they've been taking weekend excursions to Paso Robles and always dreamed of owning a home in this up and coming wine region. Their dream came true! In April of 2012 they purchased this property and decided to open up their new home to travelers, such as themselves, to enjoy!
Stephanie Berger purchased this house in 2012
When they first drove on to the property, they fell in love with the structure of the vineyard and the wonderful views. The amazing oak trees near the house make music when the afternoon breezes arrive from Cambria by the sea. The amazing sunsets give you one last chance to enjoy yet another amazing view from the front patio as another perfect day closes.
Dear Stephanie and David,
Thank you for making our girls 40th vacation such a memorable one. We had a blast making our fresh pizza, enjoying the spectacular views and spending time with lifelong friends @ your beautiful home!
All the best to you both!
This was my first visit to the Paso Robles area and it was absolutely gorgeous. I was there for the Wildflower Century bike ride, which started just 4 miles away, but I'll also had the pleasure of doing several vineyard wine tastings. This property was perfectly located near dozens of vineyards with no more than a 20 minute drive. Yet this home was still VERY secluded, private, and quite. Fantastic place to stay for relaxing, and meandering through the countryside whether on bike or car. The drive/ride from here to I5, towards Fresno, is one of the prettiest I've ever experienced across the country. I'll be back!
Well-appointed house on a hillside in a vineyard 20 minutes from Paso and Templeton. We were a group of six and we ate in both nights of our visit. Roomy, comfortable beds, and a well- appointed kitchen. Sat outside both nights and watched the sun set over the hills. An excellent choice if your travels take you to this area.
We stayed at the property with 2 other couples during our recent trip to Paso. The house and the grounds were beautiful. There was plenty of space for us all and every thing was very comfortable. It is a little bit of a drive from down town but we did not mind. We loved sitting out on the patio looking out at the rolling hills and grape vines. We would defiantly stay here again.
We stayed at Rancho Beruli during a rainy weekend in February. The weather did not put a damper on the fun! The house is beautiful and has everything you may need during your stay. I definitely recommend making pizzas while there - they have every tool needed to make delicious pizza! Stephanie does a great job of ensuring you have a great stay. We'd love to return one day.
This was our first time at a vacation rental. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness. We prepared all our meals at the house and found the kitchen very accommodating. Beautiful view and very quiet. The only negative for us was some issue with the electrical. On several occasions the circuit breakers tripped. Other than that, everything was great. We would recommend Rancho Beruli.
