David and Stephanie love to travel the world, as a matter of fact these two Californians met in Paris, France one April day in 2005. Over the years they've been taking weekend excursions to Paso Robles and always dreamed of owning a home in this up and coming wine region. Their dream came true! In April of 2012 they purchased this property and decided to open up their new home to travelers, such as themselves, to enjoy!
Stephanie Berger purchased this house in 2012
When they first drove on to the property, they fell in love with the structure of the vineyard and the wonderful views. The amazing oak trees near the house make music when the afternoon breezes arrive from Cambria by the sea. The amazing sunsets give you one last chance to enjoy yet another amazing view from the front patio as another perfect day closes.
Dear Stephanie and David,
Thank you for making our girls 40th vacation such a memorable one. We had a blast making our fresh pizza, enjoying the spectacular views and spending time with lifelong friends @ your beautiful home!
All the best to you both!
Our family (three couples) spent a too-short weekend in this lovely home. It is equipped with everything needed to relax, cook, read, or just chill. Stephanie and David welcomed us and made things work; it was also fascinating to learn a bit about their vineyard. We hope to return soon.
Six college friends shared this gorgeous home for a girls' weekend. We grilled dinner the first night and enjoyed the peaceful outdoor dining table on the patio. The surrounding views of vineyards is stunning! The layout of the house is perfect with 3 bedrooms, each with a King size bed to share and three bathrooms with showers. The decor of the home is beautiful, simple and elegant. The kitchen is fully stocked. We easily drove into town to visit Paso Robles and the many nearby wineries. Stephanie and David are a delight! I highly recommend this home for a relaxing getaway, near wineries, shopping and great restaurants!
This was a great vacation home, fully stocked with all of the essentials, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated...even the extra toilet paper rolls were wrapped and tied! This was a perfect place for our group of 5 college friends, the views were beautiful and we ate dinner one night outside on the patio. There are a number of wineries close by, and the owners are excellent communicators and provided great recommendations. Definitely a place to stay again!
We booked this place for a weekend getaway to do some wine tasting and didn't want to leave. This beautiful home looked gorgeous on-line, but in person, it is absolutely stunning! So clean and immaculate, beautifully furnished with lovely artwork, a great library, and the kitchen was well appointed. We had one home cooked dinner on Saturday and just enjoyed sitting on the patio, enjoying the outside air, and the beautiful views until the sun went down. We stayed out on the patio until we were tired and ready for bed. We each had our own bedrooms, and lucky me, my husband & I got the master bedroom suite which was better than any 5-star hotel. Much like the other reviewers, I want to thank Stephanie for her graciousness and how accessible she made herself if we needed anything. Her walk through on our check-in was so hospitable for her to take the time and explain the layout. We really did not want to leave... and our friends have already talked about when we can return again! I have shared our experience with my sisters and have told them they should plan a weekend getaway there as well. We truly loved our stay... Thank you Stephanie & David for sharing your gorgeous vineyard property with us!

Kids and significant others all came together for a three day stay at Beruli Vineyard, and we had a fabulous weekend. The house is wonderful, the master suite is over the top, and the kitchen was great for a group. We enjoyed making pizzas together and using the pizza oven...we could not have asked for a better equipped or more comfortable place to stay. The setting is tranquil and very quiet...I would stay there again!
we stayed at the vineyard home to participate in the annual Eroica cycle event in Paso Robles. The house provided us everything we could need and more and felt very comfortable and relaxing. The owner could not have been more helpful during the booking process and our stay. Whether inside the house or outside on the patio it was a fabulous place to be.
