Ft. Morgan Townhomes Unit E1. Great, secluded townhome by the beach with amazing Gulf views. Easy access from Hwy 180 just across from Marina and Tacky Jack's restaurant/bar. Complex has a great outdoor pool with sundeck and short boardwalk to the beach with shower for your convenience. Covered parking for up to two vehicles directly under this unit. Downstairs has living area with TV and sleeper sofa, full kitchen, washer and dryer, full bath, and large balcony. Upstairs is two bedrooms with Jack-n-Jill bath. Each bedroom has balcony access. One bedroom has queen and the other has a double bed. If you are looking for a nice quiet retreat to relax your cares away, this is it!

We so enjoyed our stay. The condo is lovely and the location could not be more perfect. Away from the hubbub, but close enough to enjoy everything in town. The beaches were beautiful and just a walk down the access . The check in process was so easy and the staff was very helpful and nice. Everyone we met was friendly. The decks all around are great. We will return!! Note, the beds are firm if you need extra cushioning. The master bath is set up well, with a sink for each bedroom and the shower unit downstairs gave everyone room. Wonderful!
Three adults, a teenager, & 2 children all slept comfortably on the queen, full, & sofa beds. Such a clean place!! The pool was very nice & only a short walk from the unit. The beach is unlittered and was not crowded, so we really enjoyed laying out, walking, collecting seashells, and watching the kids play. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing, family-friendly vacation.
My family of four (with 2 younger children) stayed at the condo for a full week. It was absolutely wonderful! It is spacious enough for all of us to spread out, yet cozy enough to have great time together. The main deck looks out on to the beach, which was where we spent most of our early mornings watching the dolphins. While this is the furthest unit of the (14?) in the complex, it was very nice a quiet and a 30 second walk to either the lovely pool or beach. The beach was also very nice and quiet. The convenience of having everything you need (including a washer & dryer) made this so wonderful and relaxing. The staff at Poole & Assoc also made it easy to check in and out. Thank you very much, we will be making this an annual trip!

My husband and I spent a few days in this condo with our two teenage sons. It was ideal for a spring break getaway. We had everything we needed. It was comfortable and convenient to the beach. I would stay here again.
Unit was just as described in Fort Morgan. Kitchen was equipped with all necessary pots, pans, etc to cook.
Downstairs consisted of kitchen, full bath, and den with pull out sleeper sofa. Upstairs had a queen bed in the master and a full bed in the spare bedroom and a jack and jill bath in between. We had two adults and three kids for the weekend and it was perfect. There were TV's in the spare bedroom and in the living area (using a pretty strong antenna - no cable). There was also a TV in the master bedroom (without an antenna) that had a DVD player.
Although this unit is farthest from the beach, these condos sit RIGHT on the beach and it is a VERY short walk. I love Fort Morgan and the fact that there aren't many high rise condos around...makes the beach much less crowded.
We had a wonderful experience at this unit and would highly recommend it!
