Born, raised and married in the Greater Cincinnati area, we just celebrated our 40th anniversary in the tri-state. Our background and education includes design, architecture, building and renovation of homes to their original grandeur. When we found this gem we knew immediate this would be a home we could retire to but for now it is perfect for a visiting family, corporate relocation, or just a home away from home.
Owner purchased this House in 2011
Why Owner chose Bellevue
We chose this home because it offers quaint urban living and big city excitement all within walking distance of our marvelous riverfront. This home offers original wood trim and flooring, working pocket doors, 10' high ceilings, original fireplaces and a comfortable kitchen.
What makes this House unique
Completely furnished large rooms, 2 furnished bedrooms, den (can be used as a 3rd bedroom), 3rd floor open to all possibilities, new appliances, central air conditioning, gas heat, lovely front porch and additional outdoor living space.

Our stay was very nice. It was very clean and decorated so cute!
House is very clean, neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of shopping and attractions. The owner made check in/out a seamless process and was responsive to our questions. Felt very safe at all times. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
Beautiful historic home
This house was the perfect size for my family of 7. It is beautifully decorated and has all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Great location for touring Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky attractions.
Great place to stay
A great place stay to visit Cincinnati and surrounding areas. Communications with Jane were excellent. House was clean and tidy and plenty of room for the 5 adults in our group. Close by to Newport on the Levee and easy access across the river to Cincinnati for our family wedding and also the ballpark. Would highly recommend and would stay again
We have rented VRBO houses/condos for years. This house is one of the very best. The house has great character and is close to everything. My husband and I were in Northern Kentucky for my son's wedding in Newport. The house was so convenient to Wiedemann Mansion, where the wedding was, and to York Street Cafe, where we had the rehearsal dinner. Loved the layout of the house and the fact that everything we needed was there. We did not do any cooking but it looked like there is everything you need to make meals. Highly recomended.
