Fantastic 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Detached Villa with large Private Garden and own Swimming Pool. The location is very private with high fence surrounding the Villa. The villa accomadtion is set over 2 floors . on the ground floor are 3 bedrooms (1 Double & 2 Twins) 2 Bathrooms, kitchen plus Spacious living area with doors opening onto a wonderful Terrace bedsides the Swimming Pool. on the first floor ** access to the first floor is via an external staircase is a large bedroom with double bed and sofa bed -(can sleep 4) plus ensiute bathroom and large terrace overlooking pool and garden. Outside is a nice size swimming pool (9 meters x 4 meters) with plenty of space around for sunbathing ( sun beds provided)Shaded poolside Dining Area plus BBQ area, local shops restaurants (Spanish, Italian pizzeria, English, Chinese, Indian etc), Bars ,cafés, large supermarket, bank, news paper shop ,24hour petrol station all within 5 minutes walk, nearest beach is less than 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes by local bus service (only 3 minute walk to bus stop) , Taxi service also available.

Torrevieja: In recent years Torrevieja has become a first-class tourist location, it boasts 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 18°C. There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, public parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots. Torrevieja is a typically lively Spanish town with its many cafes bars restaurants offering delicacies from all around the world and famous street markets. One of the main attractions to Torrevieja are the variety of festivals which take place almost every month. Some of the most popular events in Torrevieja are the Carnivals, in which thousands of people join in, forming a light show of colour, satire and good humour.
Things to do: A Trip into Torrevieja town centre is a must, Take a stroll along the promenade, check out the evening street market (next to the water fountain) open every night. Visit the Tivolo (fun fair) has rides for both adults and children, have an ice-cream from one of the many ice-cream parlours along form the front. Visit the huge water park with water slides, shoots and wave machines (open mid June to Sept) Go go-carting at Punta Prima (open all year round) its a fantastic track offering high adrenalin fun for teenagers and adults (children over 7). Ten pin bowling near the new Haberneras Shopping centre. Take a relaxing walk around one of Torrevieja’s parks, Go for a boat ride at the boating lake. (park of Nations) For night time entertainment visit the lively Bar Streets (behind Ell Muelle restaurant) and if your still awake hit the night clubs try 'Pacha' (sister to Ibiza super club) located in the industrial area. Torrevieja has approx 800 restaurants, cafes & bars to chose from.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 2 blissfull weeks. We are a family of 2 couples (no children with us). The owners have thought about everything the guests need for their holiday here, from beach chairs/parasol to dictionery for the crossword! The bedrooms are well maintained, exceptionally clean. Our ceiling fan did not work but we had a floor standing one instead, air-con is only in the main bedroom and the lounge. Very clean bathrooms with a good powerful showers. The kitchen was very, very well equipped and, again, spotlessly clean. An additional fridge in the garage/office area was welcomed.
Outside is also very well kept, the pool is as good as it looks. JK Villas were also very helpful, we could not find the hairdryer, after phoning them, someone delivered one to the door within 15 minutes!!!! They were always very eager to advise and help. They are situated just across the road in the Filton square. This is a 3/5 minute walk, although it is across a busy road. A visit to the very friendly, english run restaurant The Courtyard, serving all day food and the best breakfast ever, very reasonable. The supermarket is also there. The beach is a car ride away and we found it very small and busy. We soon found lots more bigger beaches.
On the whole, a fantastic holiday, we would go back tomorrow! Thankyou to the owners.

The Villa was very well equipped, spacious, clean and had a great pool and enclosed gardens.
We had a fantastic time (all the kids are still speaking about it now), and we will definely book again.

Nice clean accommodation, well equipped, lovely gardens big plot of land great pool kids loved it. Would advise to book aircon during peak time as is very hot, aircon was essential. Agent arranged airport transfers for our family of six very reasonable rates. Local shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants all within walking distance, beach 10 mins on bus. This is the first time I haven’t hired a car on holiday because everything was so close it wasn’t missed much.One minor complaint steps in pool had some broken tiles which where a bit sharp but once discovered not a problem a couple of minor cuts/scratches to kids feet.
this villa is in an ideal situation for getting to many places. there are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance and 10mins drive to others. this is certainly not a luxury villa the main bathroom is very worn and could do with replacing as some of the tiles in the pool also there is air conditioning in lounge and main bedroom which you are unable to use as the owners had taken the remotes with them so there is only ceiling fans and the one in the middle bedroom only worked when the light was on . in temperatures of 98degrees plus they were useless pity anyone going in july and august when it will be hotter. for the price we paid aircon has always been included when we have stayed in other villas we think this is a major downfall with this villa. after saying this if the owners decided to let it with aircon we would rent it again
Los Balcones is a green leafy and well established suburb of Torreveija. Its situated on the south side of Torreveija between the Famous Pink salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea. The closest beaches (both Blue Flag status for cleanliness and facilities) are situated at Punta Prima and Los Nafregus both can be reached within 5 minutes by car /taxi or 5 minutes by Bus (pick up point is 5 min walk from the villa). Vist Torreveija Town centre 7 min drive (car /taxi) or 10 minutes by bus.
