Kabej Patch is a traditional West Indian-styled cottage rental with a twist -- lots of room and modern day creature comforts.

This two level St. John vacation home has air conditioned bedrooms, an open great room with gorgeous mahogany floors, beamed ceiling and several outside decks and patios. In addition to its views of lush green hillsides and the Caribbean Sea, its sunny pool deck is completely private. Kabej Patch's is very convenient, being 5 minutes from a supermarket and 8 minutes from Cruz Bay making it an ideal lodging choice for traveling couples or large families vacationing on St. John.

This lovely villa has two levels. On the upper level, and main entrance, there is parking for two or three vehicles (or more), there is a kitchen, living room and dining area and upper deck. On this level are the two master bedrooms located at either side of the home. Both have A/C in bedrooms and main master on left has both and indoor and outdoor shower. The kitchen is outfitted with all the essential amenities, including blender and other kitchen gadgets and microwave. The dining area has a teak dining table for 8 along with outdoor seating has two tables that can seat 10 total. Out on the deck next to the dining area is a gas BBQ grill where you and your family can enjoy the convenience of outdoor grilling and cooking other essentials inside in one easy location.

Leading down the covered stairway, to the lower level, there are three more bedrooms and a shared kitchenette, coffee maker and small refrigerator and sink. There is a shared full tiled bath off of the middle (full) bedroom and (queen) bedroom. The twin bedroom has it's own tiled bathroom. This level also has a washer and dryer along with a hammock and deck space. A half floor down is a large sun deck and pool for your everyday luxury needs. The best of affordability and convenience along with a great space make this villa perfect for the thrifty traveler or large family or group on a budget!

This house is absolutely beautiful! Sitting here in the cool Chocolate Hole breeze at my back I'm so sad it's time to leave. The time here was amazing from the dips in the pool! Swings in the hammock, BBQs on the deck and refreshing outdoor air. This place is like heaven, Kate and Frank were the best hosts - camp directors we saw all the greatest island spots from a boat ride to Waterlemon Cay. Ate at Skinny Legs, Johnnycakes from Vie's and lime & coconuts at Joe's.
