We live up the block. We are totally in awe of what our location has to offer us. We are minutes away from our favorite Montana activites. We fish, ski, ride bikes, aspargus hunt, walk the river.
The Univ. of Montana is 5 minutes away. We take advantage of what it has to offer, the games, the concerts and it's various events...We;re even old enough to go back to school as (unconditional students) and we continue to be educated by our smart fellow Missoulians.
We converged on Missoula from all parts of the country for a family reunion and found this home to be a perfect reunion house! The location is perfect for access to all areas of Missoula and the surrounding area. Plenty of space, inside and outside the home for friendly family gatherings - with gorgeous views of the nearby river. Overall the home is clean, comfortable, warm, and welcoming! We only wish we had more time - a future visit is guaranteed!
We were in Missoula for our daughter's wedding and this house fit the bill perfectly. My parents who are in their 80's were able to get around on the main floor easily even with a walker and there was room for the younger family members. The owners came and fixed a minor problem without delay. It was easy to get to downtown Missoula which was where the wedding was so preparations were less stressful and there was things to do for those who weren't a busy. Only problem...wish we had had a more time to relax and enjoy the comfort and beautiful location. Maybe another time.
My family stayed in this home for a Staycation weekend. We came from Missoula and Great Falls. As soon as we walked in we knew we were in a welcoming and lovely home. There is ample space to relax and the rooms are well decorated and good size. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen had all modern amenities, and all cooking equipment, as well as service wares. The deck over looks the Clark Fork River and good sized fenced in back yard. There is stairs and a pathway to the river and we spent lots of relaxing time playing in the water with our two young grandkids and adult children. There was a young man fly fishing near us and the weather was fantastic. In the evening we had a fabulous BBQ, then had a fire in the fire pit to enjoy S'mores. Everything about this house is lovely and we highly recommended to all who are interested in a quiet get away.
