This luminous and quiet studio features a translucent glass divider that provides privacy to the bedroom area. There is a comfortable King size bed, a full size closet and a flat 32 inch LCD TV that can be viewed from either the bedroom or the living room area. The living room area has a big and comfortable sofa that can also be used as two twin beds. There is a desk area as well. There is also a convenient dining table for 4 people and a modern kitchenette area with 2 electric stove tops, and a microwave oven. The bathroom is ample and modern and includes a bathtub and shower. The building boasts amenities, which are hard to find in such a great part of Recoleta: an amazing, long rooftop pool, a Jacuzzi, and a spacious sun-tanning deck with outdoor furniture. There is also a well-equipped gym, coin operated laundry facilities and an incredible spa facility in the building. The icing on the cake is the beautiful garden area of the building with designer landscaping for you to take a walk through or simply relax after a day of touring. We manage another apartment in this building making this unit ideal for family and friends traveling together!
Pacheco de Melo Street is a very quiet street, with no busses running on it. This block is between chic Callao Avenue and Ayacucho Street, just minutes away from the newly opened Recoleta Mall and Recoleta Cemetery. Also, on the same block you will find Melo Restaurant as well as Volta Ice Cream. (Freddo and Persicco are also nearby. There are also many cafes in the vicinity (One in the same building's ground floor), as well as a supermarket around the corner on Las Heras Avenue.
Both Callao and Las Heras Avenues are important transportation routes, and you will find the 10 and 59 busses will take you to many of your preferred destinations in San Telmo, Palermo, and downtown areas.
Recoleta is one of the most exclusive and secure neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. It also harbors many of the city's significant, historical and cultural landmarks including the Recoleta cemetery and the museo nacional de bellas artes. It's easy access to taxis, busses, subways, elegant shops, restaurants, bars and cafes also make Recoleta the best choice for a place to stay while in Buenos Aires.
When you arrive in Buenos Aires, we can request a private car service to pick you up at the airport. At check in, we'll greet you with a map and give you a brief orientation with suggestions on what parts of the city and which restaurants to visit.
Although our service is highly personalized, we own and manage several properties in Recoleta and Palermo, many of which are listed on VRBO, and another, rear-facing unit in this building. Alfredo grew up in the northeastern United States and moved with his family to live in Buenos Aires in 1985. He was soon hired as one of the initial team of Managers to open McDonald’s Restaurants in Argentina, where he learned the core values for success in a retail venture: Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value. Five years later, he returned to USA to pursue an MBA. After graduation, he focused on International Telecommunications and started his entrepreneurial career in 2001 by creating HomeCall International Communications Inc. He returned to live in Buenos Aires with his family in 2004.

The owners are two very nice sisters that asked us to manage their properties for them. We also have an apartment just around the corner from this one, and thought that this location was EXCELLENT. The pool is not just a dipping pool. It is long enough for lap swimming. In addition, even though the building is only Studio apartments, their large size, (over 500 sq. feet) and rear-glass walls leading to the balcony does not give you the feeling of being locked in a small space. The translucent glass divider also separates the sleeping area from the living room, dining room and kitchen areas, so you can comfortably welcome guests. Finally, the modern decorations and the fact that the sofas are large enough to use as twin beds, make the apartments ideal for a family of 4 that is visiting BA.
The peaceful garden in the rear is a great place to spend a while reading or chatting after a long day of visiting the city. The balcony, with table and chairs on a relatively quiet street for such a great location is also a plus.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Recoleta . This apartment where we stayed for 3 weeks, is conveniently located and its manager ALFREDO could not have been more helpful. Alfredo was there to greet us , give us helpful advice, make reservations, arrange a drive from and to the airport and responded promptly to our e-mails. We were able to walk to great restaurants, Theatro Colon, shopping, and many points of interest. We would recommend this apartment and again we want to thank Alfredo.We loved our stay in Buenos Aires!!

For stays that are longer than 1 month, maid service is subject to availability (especially during holidays). Also, on stays longer than 1 month, guest pays for laundering of sheets and towels.
Also, we offer a discount on the 2nd and 3rd consecutive weeks of a stay.
For multi week stays, If the calculated weekly rate is higher than the monthly rate, we charge the (lower) monthly rate.
Depending on length of stay, travelers typically pay a reservation deposit of between 50 and 200 dollars by credit card to confirm the booking, and the remaining balance is paid in CASH (US DOLLARS) at check in. For longer stays (3 to 6 months), payments can be split into 2 or 3 payments. Holiday Check in Fee of USD 35. Out of Hours Check in or Check Out Fee 35 dollars between 8pm and 8am.
