We had spend two wonderful weeks in this beautiful house and its impressing surroundings. Thank you for not overselling the Villa and it services in your advertising. We have been 100% satisfied and have got ever more than expected from bath sides!
We might return to in the future. Keep smiling – and thanks :-)

Nice, clean villa in a great location that was well maintained.
Will stay there again for sure.
The villa is superbly appointed and had all the facilities we could have wished for. It is an amazing building, some of it backs directly onto the rock behind! Mr Alex met us and took us to the villa (we would have struggled to find it otherwise!). He was extremely helpful, explaining all the local facilities and also recommended a car park in central Sorrento (we used this a lot - although expensive, it was very convenient and always had spaces). He also introduced us to the owners of the local restaurant nearby (a nice, personal touch we thought). The villa itself was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked really well and was silent. The pool was also great - probably not heated but was a welcome relief on a hot day! We also liked the variety of outside sitting areas, so that at any point in the day you could sit in sun or shade. You do need to be sure you do not hire a huge car - the road down to the villa is very narrow, but not out of the ordinary in this part of the world! Parking at the villa is fine, with a good large garage carved from the rock. For us the location was excellent - in a really quiet spot with great views of the coast, but also within a pleasant 25 minute drive to Sorrento.
The property owner Alex met us and gave us a a warm welcome and friendly introduction to the property. The villa is spacious and well appointed and in a great location with terrific views of the sea. The village of Sant Agata del sui is close and very accessible, maybe 1-2 km away. You won't be disappointed with this property.
what a lovely house with lovely helpful people too..we had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa..everyone one needs for a great stay was provided..the villa is spacious and has beautiful views..the roads to get there are very small so be sure to have a small car..all in all a lovely stay and a highly recommended villa..
My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Villa Esposito.
The villa can be difficult to find but we simply had to call Alex and he came to meet us and led us to the house. Be warned, the roads leading to the villa are very narrow and quite steep.
The villa is fully equipped with all mod cons. The villa was spot less and the decor of the villa was beautiful. Little touches like fresh flowers and hanging dried flowers just added to the stunning interior.
Tina (who owns the villa and lives next door) was always on hand if we needed anything at all, including allowing us to raid her herb garden for our BBQ.
There is an amazing restaurant about 200 yards along the road which serves breakfast lunch and dinner and is very 'rustic' with alfresco dining (make sure to pack your mosquito spray). Although the owner lives next door and there is a restaurant to the other side, the villa is very private, not overlooked and you don't hear any noise from the restaurant.
We had a family wedding in Sorrento while we staying at the villa and Sorrento was about 30 minutes away by car (watch out for the crazy Italian drivers) and a taxi costs roughly 40-50 euros for 8 people.
My children (aged 6 & 8) loved the daily visits from Tina's dogs, as they were missing their own dog. The dogs are very friendly and very well behaved, however, they do tend to round around the neighbourhood barking in the evening and throughout the night.
We would love to go back to Villa Esposito one day.
The villa is very pretty with beautiful flowers everywhere.all the rooms were well furnished and comfortable.Mr Alex met us and gave us all the information that we required and more. Also we met Tina who was very helpful. We had a great time and thoroughly recommend it.
The villa is located in Sorrento Coast.
