Carole and Robert give you a warm welcome to there Fully Self contained apartment providing accommodation for up to seven persons. Large living space, dinning room and fully equipped .kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 family room. Separate toilet, with seperate shower room and bathroom, own private patio. Washing and Drying facilities. Bed Linen and Towels supplied. We also supply toiletries and a very good welcome pack.

Guest pack of soap,shower gel and shampoo.

Welcome pack on arrival with a bottle of wine.

We have WiFi if you require it.

We retired to Trabuco in 2008 . We decided that we would like to rent out our apartment and this would give us chance to meet new people and keep us busy.

We brought the property for its position in the village. It is near all the amenities.Also the people are very friendly.

What makes this apartment unique

Local to all the amenities. Just a 5 minute walk to the banks,shops and bars.central to go sight seeing and also the beach. Plenty of walking if you enjoy that which we do. Trabuco is a very friendly place to holiday.

Robert and Carole were great hosts and the apartment is really homely. This is a great place to stay to explore Andalucia and the local restaurants are very good. Definitely recommended.

Highly recommended; exactly as described.

Hosts, facilities, location and welcome pack all excellent. The apartment was clean, very well maintained, comfortable and quiet. Trabuco itself is a lovely, friendly place and very handy for the motorways if you want to see more of this beautiful area of Andalucia. Both Córdoba (1.5 hours) and Seville (2 hours) were easy to drive to, and there are many lovely villages and towns nearer to Trabuco. We only had a week and would have loved to have stayed longer as it was all so relaxing. Carole and Robert were extremely helpful and friendly but never intrusive; their welcome pack was just wonderful, and so helpful as we had arrived on a Saturday evening. The bread from the little shop near the Plaza is also highly recommended! Many thanks to Carole and Robert, and Max, for their hospitality, we had a wonderful week, and the weather was good too!

The whole thing was wonderful, from Bob & Carole meeting us at the airport to Bob taking us back again at the end of our holiday. The apartment was very clean and staying there was like home from home. Bob & Carole were so helpful and knowledgeable. Especially enjoyed people watching in the Plaza after our evening meals which were much less expensive than we were expecting. Walking in the surrounding hills was lovely apart from the dogs which seemed to appear from nowhere everywhere we walked. Trabuco itself had everything necessary for a self catering holiday. We enjoyed it so much we are looking to relocate to Spain as soon as we can!!!

Great vacation in Carole and Robert's house

We had a marvelous time in Villanueva del Trabuco where we stayed for 2 weeks in Carole's and Robert's apartment. They made us feel very welcome and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is quite large with 3 bedrooms - plenty of space for 7 persons to sleep and is also impeccably clean. It is on a quiet street and there was always parking for the car. We hope you enjoy your vacation in this property as much as we did!

We were delighted!

Our family of 4 stayed here in the “depths” of winter for a week and had such a great time we hope to return for another visit.

The apartment is very well equipped with plenty of room. The kitchen is much better equipped than many serviced apartments we have stayed in around the world and the owners have thoughtfully added things like board games and a range of DVDs. It was all very comfortable, clean, well maintained and home-like.

The owners, Carole and Robert, were incredibly welcoming and helpful in every way- from the welcome pack of necessities (including wine), to access to wifi, local information (like where to get churros and chocolate for breakfast in the town) to printing out tickets for the basketball in Malaga. All the positive comments about them in the reviews are spot on and well deserved!

The town has easy access to the motorway to head to Granada or Malaga and other places like Antequerra and the El Torcal National Park are also close. Villanueva del Trabucod has all the facilities you need with cafes, bars, a number of small supermarkets and bakeries and other stores but is still small enough that you feel the only tourists in town (certainly when we were there in January we probably were!). The vistas of the hills around the town are quite dramatic.

A car is recommended to get the best out of your visit as it gives you the flexibility to use this as a base for travel both down to the coast or into the inland.

We would absolutely recommend staying here and if when we make another trip from Australia, we will.

An ideal place to stop if you want to visit Granada,Rhonda, Malaga and Cordoba and seville. We provide plenty of local information for you.The area is surrounded by olive groves and mountains. Only 40 minutes from Malaga and Granada Airports and just off the autovia you enter another world,far removed from the costas, yet with all the amenities you would expect in a small provincial town. The area is a major producer of olive oil. There are four banks and a medical centre. In door market every day for fresh fruit, veg meat fish and bread,plus outdoor market once a week for bargains Very good food at local bars and very good tapas, a good selection of restaurants. Near by an open air swimming pool. Fantastic for painting, horse riding mountain biking and woodland walks. Fiesta in September. Not far from the lakes and also Ski in the mountains or swim in the sea both are less than an hour away.Also golfing only 29 kilometers away. The village of Trabuco is a very freindly place.

It is so easy to book and then all you have to do is enjoy your holiday.

Golf: Golfing at Antequera which is about 30mintues by car

A lovely place to stop if you want to visit Andalucia.
