Jamie Emery purchased this house in 2011
As long-time fans of the Florida Keys, a home in Key West was a must when we began our vacation rental company. In January 2011, the dream became a reality as everything fell in to place to purchase "Serendipity," our own little tropical paradise.
Begin your day at 'Serendipity' poolside with a warm cup of coffee and fresh coconut from one of the many coconut trees on the property. After breakfast, take a nice dip in the pool while the morning suns comes through the tropical foliage that surrounds the property. For lunch take one of the bicycles on the property out for a spin and ride to Geiger Key Marina for the fresh catch lunch special. When you are ready for a night out on the town, head down to Mallory Square for a traditional Key West sunset. Then finish the evening walking around downtown.
What a magical place! My husband and I and our brother and sister in law stayed in the Flamingo Place upstairs apartment at Serendipity and had a perfect vacation. This little jewel is located about ten minutes from Key West and is a wonderland unto itself. It is virtually surrounded by water with it's own little private lagoon where we snorkeled and where treated to non stop fish life, snapper, tarpon and a gorgeous school of rainbow colored parrot fish making their rounds in the afternoon. The property is decorated with a whimsical Keys feel, lovely little colored lights that light up at night and charming pool with a couple of fountain features, hot tub and a grill. The apartment was cozy, clean and nicely decorated with a full kitchen and big screen TV. We look forward to staying there again sometime and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect piece of paradise!
Our family so enjoyed our stay here. It is so peaceful and has a spacious porch that overlooks the canal. It is removed from the busyness of Key West yet close enough to drive there.
My girlfriends and I recently spend a week in Key West and stayed at Serendipity, it was wonderful.
The pool, hot tub, and condo was just what we needed. The private manager in the the lower apartment was great and helped our stay by recommending things to do in Key West and places to eat. The whole week went by so fast but a great time was had by all.
Absolutely love this place. My family of 4 stayed here for our last summer vacation, and we had a great time. The place was very clean and just felt tropical. The owners were very nice and done everything to make us happy. We will definitely be coming back here very soon!!:))
