About DIEGO CERDA
Welcome to "La Casa de los Anturios"! We are Diego (French chef) and Manon (Spanish teacher) from France, and we fell in love of San Cristobal. We renovated this old colonial house with our special touch, for sharing this incredible place with people from the whole world ;)
Why DIEGO CERDA chose Del Cerrillo
This house is unique for his situation (in the heart of San Cristobal), for is traditional and contemporary style, and for his impressive view from the rooftop. His capacity of 10 people give you a chance to have incredible holidays with your family or your friends ;)
What makes this House unique
You will enjoy a good wine in the rooftop, looking the view of the Huitepc's volcano, the Santo Domingo church, the center place, the San Francisco church and the famous Guadalupe church ;)

Great location, Diego was extremely helpful with tips on San Cristobal.
Location is hard to beat.
Diego provided great recommendations on restaurants, places to visit and day trips.
House was kept in great shape bu Juana with great daily service.
Nights were cold, but the stove kept the living room watm and the beds were comfortable and with plenty of blankets.
Perfect stay in San Cristobal de las Casas
beautiful house, very comfortable, spectacular location and amazing hosts, thank you Diego and Manon, very helpful and sweet people, highly recommended!!!
A good but not great experience
The large 4 bedroom house on 2 floors is right in the centre of town, within easy walking distance of many of the main attractions. It is very clean and Diego is a gracious wonderful host who consistently directed us to the best restaurants and tours. That said, the 3 bedrooms on the main floor are also cold, noisy and Spartan. Given the location, the noisy part is unavoidable, but none of the 3 had a closet, necessitating the use of a second room for clothes and the largest of the 3 didn't even have a wardrobe. There was no hot water in the sink of that room although there was in the shower. When we were there it was quite cold, though sunny most days. I gather that is not unusual, given the altitude. We had one propane space heater that ran out of gas, which Diego replaced with an electric one that generated precious little heat. The kitchen was also pretty sparse. I would have expected a 4 bedroom house to have more than 3 wine glasses and 3 coffee mugs. Had we had heat we would have found the house quite comfortable and you certainly can't beat the location.
very friendly owners ..pest problem
Even thought the house is very well located and even though austere it is a very nice home.
The only downside was that we saw mice in the kitchen and we had to leave property early snd go to hotel. We never received offer to refund or any sort of incentive.
Otherwise nice place, great location.
Location is prime if you want to shop the public market. Comfy, clean and welcoming place to stay!
Diego and Manon are lovely people who will give you your space but also help you with directions, airport transfer arrangements and where to eat in town. It really feels like home here, the common space is open and beautifully adorned with local art.
I was in San Cristobal to import for my business back home, it was an ideal location to get anywhere in town by foot. Also loved using the communal busses 'combi' to explore outside of town. Every time I returned to the house I felt relaxed and safe. I also really enjoyed the roof top to see the full moon! I will definitely return and stay longer next time!!
