Great location. Terrific hikes at the end of the street. Walking distance to town. The house was immaculate and had everything you could need.

A wonderful Summer vacation

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing time in this rental house! It was plenty big and comfortable for our family of 5. The weather was nice and the location was pretty ideal, near the beach, near restaurants and a safeway. The house was well stocked and very peaceful. The coffee maker didn't work too well and some of the windows didn't have screens so that was a little challenging when it did get warm.

In all, we would definitely stay here again, our kids loved the house and want to come back in the winter to see the snow. The lake was gorgeous and really there is plenty to do in tahoe!

Thank you for making our vacation comfortable and smooth!

Very peaceful place with a classic cabin feel but with modern amenities.

  • 5 of 5

The place seems to comfortably sleep 6 people. Great updated kitchen and washer dryer. I really like the back deck because it backs up to the forest near a stream. I only wish the backyard was fenced so I wouldn't have to tie up my dog, but other than that we had a great time!

Cozy, quaint, perfect

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed a three generations family get away here. June-uary snow gave us the chance to enjoy cozy games by the fire. The well -equipped kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the bathrooms and the very comfortable bedrooms. Would love to come back. My only hesitation to recommend is that I worry it might not be available again for us!!

Relaxing get-away

  • 5 of 5

The property backs up to open space, trails, brooks, and is surrounded by forest land. Easy access to highways, yet still feels secluded. The cabin is directly across from the second green on Brockway Golf Course. "Four !!"

Kings Beach is so close to Tahoe City, Carnelian Bay, North-star, Truckee, and State Line... Fully furnished, plenty of toys, great Apple TV, home sweet, away from home-home... A place to return to several times a year... Stay Away !!! We want it...

Fun Mix of Modern & Tradition

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here with my wife and 3 kids for a week of skiing. This home was perfect for us. The decor felt like a cabin yet had a fun modern flare to it. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us. There was no dishwasher, but that was fine with us. WiFi & Apple TV is available if you so desire.

The property is great. There was a nice backyard where the kids could play in the snow. The driveway was accessible and free of ice. The driveway is easy to miss when you are first arriving.

Location: King's Beach is great. It has been a favorite getaway for us for years now. Close to Northstar. Not too far from Diamond Peak and Squaw Valley. There is a Safeway that is only around 5 to 10 minutes drive away. There are several decent restaurants in Kings Beach. (Log Cabin is a great breakfast place.) Also, not a bad drive to historic Truckee (a must visit) as long as the roads don't require snow chains.

I did not contact owner/managment for any reason, so I can't rate that.

Overall great experience.
