KATT'S GARDEN COTTAGE is a 2BR/1BA beach front cottage that's ideal for any vacation retreat. SLEEPS 1-5 PEOPLE. SPECIAL DISCOUNT: Stay 6 or 7 Nights But ONLY PAY FOR 5 NIGHTS.

Even though you alone will occupy the cottage, when booking for one or two persons, please select the bedroom with 1 Queen Bed OR the bedroom with 2 XL-Twin Beds.

QUOTED RATES for 3 guests implies the use of the SOFABED at the additional cost of $25/Night.

Booking a SECOND BEDROOM will be at an additional cost of $50/Night.

Booking a SECOND BEDROOM AND the SOFABED, will be an additional cost of $75/Niight.

The 2BR/1BA FIRST FLOOR unit is safe, private, clean and fully air-conditioned. The outside veranda is a perfect spot for sunning or for quietly reading a book, surfing the internet, listening to the ocean surf or watching the sunset and dolphin spotting.

We are on North Bimini close to the heart of everything! There are three marinas nearby - Bimini Big Game Club, Bluewaters and Seacrest. It's just a three-minute walk to the authentic Bahamian Arts and Crafts market and a short stroll to freshly made conch salad at Stuarts Stand or a seafood pizza from Edith's. For more of a dining experience try the Big Game Club. Dance at Big John's or End of the World Bar and be comfortable knowing that home is just a short walk away. Go on a wild dolphin swim, bone fish the flats, check out the museums or just walk the beach. Katt's Kottage has a kayak, a paddle board and a golf cart you may rent (contact Katt for availability).

About Bimini: Bimini is located approximately 50 nautical miles east of Miami, Florida. It is the first island in the archipelago chain of 700 islands and cays that comprise the Bahama islands and is referred to as the 'Gateway to the Bahamas.' It is divided into North and South Bimini with North Bimini being the main area of commercial activity and most populated. Bimini is most famous for its gin clear, turquoise waters, world record fishing and diving sites which include the Lost City of Atlantis and amazing deep wall drops. The atmosphere is laid back and casual. There are a number of small resorts, bars and restaurants frequented by the weekend boaters visiting from Florida. There is an airport with a 5000 foot landing strip on South Bimini with air service to South Florida, Nassau and Grand Bahamas.

While here be sure to visit the Museum, the Arts & Craft Market, take an eco-trip to the Healing Hole, the Dolphin House and experience a wild dolphin swim.

Katt's Kottage is the best value for a weekend jaunt or a long-term stay.

Paradise on Earth -- Best place to stay while visiting Bimini

We have been visiting Bimini for more than 16 years. Katt & Matt are gracious hosts and I wouldn't stay anywhere else! Their properties have the best amenities on the island. You can rent a golf cart, paddleboard, kayak -- directly from them. They take pride in their properties and it shows! The views are spectacular. All from the beach front porches -- you can watch pods of dolphins, sea turtles, rays, schools of bait fish. The beach is pristine with shells and sea glass. Short walk to all that North Bimini has to offer -- Sherry's Beachfront Rum Shack (say Hi to Nishka, Sarena, Val); CJ's delicious breakfast; Stuart's Conch Shack (say Hi to Fay, Faith and Fabian), Joe's Conch Shack, Capt's Bob's for great eats, and Edith's Pizza (say Hi to Edith and Charlie). Must have -- fresh baked Bimini bread! Visit Charlie's or Heavenly Bakery -- you won't be disappointed. Visit the straw market and say Hi to "Blondie" in the "Hotness" stall. For nightlife, check out Bimini Big Johns (say Hi to Raleigh), Big Game (say Hi to Andrew), and play a little pool and kick back at 1-2-3-Floor. Great snorkeling at Honeymoon Harbor (feed sting rays and nurse sharks); snorkel / kayak at Sapona ... and for a real treat, locate the abandoned plane underwater just south of South Bimini for snorkeling and hunting sea biscuits. You might get lucky and spot a conch or two just south of Turtle Rocks. We dock at Weech's -- say Hi to Kimini and Hank. If you find yourself needing something for the boat -- visit Ellie at the boat store located at Weech's. When topping off the gas tanks at Blue Water -- say Hi to JR and Chip. Still plenty to do on our to-do list for many more visits to come: Bimini Shark Lab on South Bimini; exploring the mangroves on North Bimini by kayak; fishing the Gingerbread Grounds ... while still making time to visit all of our Bimini friends. It easily feels like home sweet home!

Everything was fabulous everyone was friendly couldn't have had a better time or stayed a better place we definitely will be back it was perfect . Bikes , golf cart and boat rentals were all excellent. Bimini Brown gave us an extra spacial day in.our lives.we will always stay at kats kottage. Best on the island .

My family and I stayed at Matt and Katt's cottage for a family vacation. We have such a wonderful time. If we plan another trip to Bimini , Bahamas, we will definitely stay at Matt and Katt cottage.

Breathtaking and amazing view of the sunset every day right from the front porch

Matt & Katt are wonderful, accommodating and serviceable people. The cottage is clean, well maintained and stocked. Katt was waiting for us when we arrived and Matt dropped us off early in the morning the day we left.

The people are friendly and the town is small so you really do feel like you are part of the family... when we return to Bimini we will certainly look to stay here again. We enjoyed the island so much, rented a golf cart and basically went to every little beach spot we could find. The seafood is fresh and we just could not get enough.

Thank you Matt & Katt for sharing and welcoming us into your home. It was a pleasure. We wish you many years of success with your properties and blessings to go with it.
