The villa is a mix of the original 200 year old finca and modern tastefully designed extension. Relax in the coolness of the comfy lounge, reading from the large choice of books in the library area, check your emails on the pc that is provided or take your laptop to a quiet area and work via wireless Wi-Fi.

There are four en-suite double bedrooms with CD/DVD player in the main house, plus a poolside casita with en-suite double bedroom. There are 5 bedrooms in total and the villa is let with a maximum occupancy of 10.

The villa is unique as it’s secluded yet within walking distance to 4 different styles of restaurants; it is also a short drive to a mini supermarket & an English speaking doctor, the old town & the beach area. The villa is wheelchair friendly as it was modernised in 2002 to enable my father to visit who has a spinal cord injury.

Why Alexander or Paul Sen chose Javea, Moraira and Denia area

After an epic search for an old Finca type property that was secluded yet not isolated, within a few miles of the old town, beach & port area. It also had to be within walking distance of good restaurants we accidentally came upon this little gem finca which it was then.& a large gem Finca which it is now.

What makes this villa unique

large enough to enjoy with family and friends & also large enough to hide away in a corner to read the book you have been waiting to read for ages. it's also very unique in it's position, walk 100mtrs to 4 restaurants, drive 10mins to Javea arenal, the port area & the old town.

\This property proved to be fantastic for our short break. Although tricky to find, it was well worth the effort as it had magnificent tranquility and peacefulness to offer. It was exactly as described by the attentive owner. Very clean, spacious and offered the occupants many activities which they could pursue at their leisure. We had many BBQs, and ate in the huge, well equipped kitchen after purchasing local produce from the many close supermarkets. We visited a couple of restaurants as recommended (by Darren - excellent and attentive property manager), but the villa has everything for eating onsite !

I would strongly recommend a stay at this villa. It was so good for all ages that I am thinking of going back soon !

This villa provides the ideal setting for the perfect holiday retreat. In addition to the gym, indoor and outdoor pools, the villa offers undisturbed views of the valley and is totally secluded. The villa is wheelchair friendly but there are 2 steps between the kitchen and lounge area. However the kitchen can be reached via a ramp situated outside the building. Children are welcome but toddlers must be supervised. There is a gate to the roof terrace. The outdoor pool is not fenced off. Linen and towels are supplied but not beach towels. There is a linen change at the end of each week for those staying two weeks or more.

Fantastic facilities, especially if someone is disabled

We booked this property, as it is was advertised as disabled friendly, and it certainly is.

We went with our family, who ranged from 12 to 83, and it suited us perfectly.

The owners are extremely helpful, if you have any queries before you travel.

We really enjoyed our week there.

Absolutely fabulous place

What an amazingly well equipped home. We loved staying at this villa. The view of the mountain from the pool is stunning and the gym is so well equipped, we've not found anywhere else comparable. An exceptional place to stay with your family, highly recommended!

The villa was perfect for our group of 8 people The kitchen was very well equipped with good quality crockery etc. Excellent size fridge in the kitchen and more importantly another in the utility for wine! The bedrooms were comfortable, spacious with plenty of storage space and far enough away from each other to ensure privacy, peace and quiet.

Particularly liked the location, outdoor space and the views. Would definitely return, hopefully next year, but for 2 weeks, 1 week is just not enough :-) Have already recommended the villa to other friends.

Booking process was very efficient and replies always prompt. The owners were very caring and helpful ensuring we had all the equipment we needed. Darren was very friendly and helpful and ready waiting for us as soon as we arrived. The villa was very clean and tidy.

Can't fault anything!!

Proper Lush

A lovely, comfortable and clean villa with all amenities. Very user friendly for those with a disability such as my husband.

Hugely enjoyed our two weeks with family and relaxed completely in total privacy.

Indoor pool and gym fantastic and local restaurants are excellent value and all within walking distance.

Another wonderful stay!

We have just enjoyed another wonderfully relaxing fortnight at Zanders villa. We decided to return after our first stay last year as the villa has everything you could ever need for all ages. Last year we were there with our 2 year old grandson and this year we were with my father and again we had all we needed. All the bedrooms have space and comfort and the pool area gives you a chance to sit quietly in the shade if that's what you want..... Equally you could sit in the sun all day if you wish!

It's great to be able to walk to a choice of 4 restaurants and we tried 3. Montgo was again our favourite!

Thank ŷou Darren for looking after us all so well again and thank you to Zander for always being prompt in all communication.

Wonderful Villa ! Fantastic Holiday!

A stunning villa! set in a very peaceful location with amazing views of the mountain. Very private and extremely well equipped. We arrived with our three children to spend 10 days in this paradise and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Two pools, a Gym equipped better than my members gym at home and a range master cooker (for the one day when we did cook a Sunday roast!) says it all for more than home comforts. Those familiar with Javea will appreciate the Montgo area. The villa is walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Javea - El Gaucho, Montgo, Chalet Suizo. Upon arriving Darren was extremely helpful and also arranged for a housekeeper to help for a couple of hours each day (we paid extra directly for this). A truly peaceful, well presented and well equipped villa – Many Thanks Zander not only was the booking and logistics very clear and concise but you have a wonderful property and I’m sure I’ll be in-touch soon to visit again.

Nestling amongst one of the many olive and almond groves which scatter the outskirts of Javea, and with the impressive Montgo mountain as a spectacular backdrop, the luxury villa offers the ideal tranquil location in which to spend your holiday. The Marriott La Sella 18 hole Golf course and spa are only five minutes drive from the villa.

Don't fancy cooking every day? Then choose to dine out in one of the four restaurants which are within 5 minutes walk from the villa or ask them to prepare a traditional paella which you can enjoy by your pool watching the sun go down.

The Arenal (sandy beach area) and port area are 10 minutes drive away. For the younger party members, enjoy late nights at the many bars and restaurants of the Arenal and for the rest of the family why not stroll along the calm port area or have traditional tapas in the historic old town. Visit the weekly market on Thursday.

Apart from golf, the area offers many scenic walks, watersports and other outdoor activities.

Golf: The Marriott Denia La Sella Golf and Spa Resort, 18 hole course is 5 minutes drive from the villa.

Javea also has a 9 hole course at the Javea Golf Club.
