Spacious living areas on the top level, with an open plan lounge / dining / kitchen. Separate television room containing a television, DVD player, video recorder. The dining area has a setting for six, ceiling fans, radio.
Kitchen is fully self-contained with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, electrical appliances, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator.
The main bedroom has queen sized bed, a television, a walk- in robe, ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are on the middle level, and have built-in wardrobes, sliding doors onto balconies, ceiling fans, blankets, pillows, quilts provided, and are fully carpeted.
The main bathroom has a shower, vanity basin and separate toilet. There is also another toilet on the top level.
The laundry on the bottom level has an automatic washing machine and dryer with entrance to garage.
Sorry no pets allowed. Accommodates - 6 people Beds - 2Q & 2S Car Park - Double lock up garage with remote. Note: Steep driveway use with caution.

Cheque or money order sent to, Yamba Iluka Real Estate; Yamba PO Box 150, YAMBA NSW 2464 Cash payments can be accepted, over the counter at the Yamba offices, however payments must still be made by due dates indicated, and prior to occupancy. A $500 - $1000 security deposit is applicable on all lettings. If credit card details cannot be supplied a CASH security depositis payable.
