The lounge room has expansive windows with sliding door access to a large undercover outdoor deck hosting an outdoor dining table- ideal for family meals whilst enjoying the views of the Pacific Ocean.
The master bedroom is exceptional. A king bed fills the room on a raised floor. Curl up in bed and watch a movie or read a book for some quiet R&R. Better yet, fill the large spa bath and soak your weary bones after a day in the surf or exploring all that Yamba has to offer. Or simply relax in peace and comfort while you enjoy the views through the large bedroom window.
The 2nd bedroom hosts a Queen bed. Open the beautiful bi-fold shutters and smell the ocean air and allow the ocean breeze to fill the room. The third has two single bedsand also has views of the ocean.
The family bathroom is modern and large which hosts both a bathtub and shower stall and separate loo.
The Doncaster 3 is located at the sought after top the hill which is centrally located within walking distance to three beaches; Main, Convent and Pippi Beach.
The apartment has all the appliances including a BBQ to cook gourmet meals within. If cooking is not your thing during a holiday, simply enjoy all the marvellous restaurants nearby. Park your car and walk to the CBD for scrumptious meals at the cafes. Dine in cultural restaurants (Mexican, Italian, Thai, Chinese and alfresco) or enjoy the fresh seafood take-a-ways.

In addition to the fabulous beaches nearby, you can choose from any of the other beautiful beaches in Yamba - Lovers Point, Turners and Whiting Beach, or a little further out is Angourie with Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky's Beach & Back Beach. Or choose from fishing and water sports in the Clarence River or Lake Wooloweyah. Park the car and walk to the gift stores, boutiques, grocerystores or cafes, bars and restaurantsin Yamba's Main Street, less than 600m away, or take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs. For those rainy or lazy days, you could catch at movie at Yamba Cinema which is also located just above the main street in Yamba. It is all so close. If you don't feel like walking, there's always the courtesy buses, which are run by both clubs, plus the Yamba Shores Tavern if you feel like a meal and a drink on the river.
Yamba's largest shopping centre, Yamba Shopping Fair is located on the way into town on Yamba Road, approximately 4.2kms away, or 9 mins drive. This facility includes a Coles, Target Country, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside this complex in Treelands Drive, arecafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.
Exploring the wonders of the Clarence Valley is a must whilst you are visiting. Maclean is a short 20 minute drive away from Yamba, and has wonderful ethnic Scottish elements for visitors to explore, including tartan painted power poles, recipes for traditional scottish feast displayed in the main street, the Scottish Shop, plus plenty of bag pipes. Iluka is accessible by car, 45-50 mins, or take the ferry from the end of River St and cruise across to Iluka, and wander up Iluka's main street towards cafes, gift stores, the Bowling Club,Sedgers Reef Hotel and the Fishermans Co-op.
Major towns of Ballina and Grafton are within an hour's drive, both with airports, largershopping facilities.

Your balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival. Visa or Mastercard, however if you pay by this method, a credit card handling fee of 2% of the amount paid will be charged on top, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) require you to provide us with a photocopy of your credit card and drivers licence for security reasons. Cheque or money order sent to, Yamba Iluka Real Estate PO Box 150, YAMBA NSW 2464 Cash payments can be accepted, over the counter at the Yamba Iluka Real Estate offices, however payments must still be made by due dates indicated, and prior to occupancy. A $500 - $1000 security deposit is applicable on all lettings. If credit card details cannot be supplied a CASH security deposit is payable.
