Flinders Lodge, located in a sought after location, are popular units and are ideally positioned 200 metres from Flinders Park and Yamba Main Beach.

This top floor, 2 bedroom unit is comfortable and affordable and perfect for the family holiday.

It has an open plan lounge, dining & very modern kitchen, with a balcony perfect for happy hour.

There are 10 beaches around Yamba and the surrounding area to choose from if surfing is your thing, walking on the beach or relaxing in the sun.

Yamba has a Golf Course, Bowling Club, community tennis courts and a skate park, you can get surf lessons,organize a tourof the estuary by Kayak ortake a sail on the Rockfish Catamaran. There are lots of options to keep the entire family happy and entertained.

Situated right opposite Flinders Park, just beyond that is Main Beach with it's famous Ocean Rock Pool,or choose from any of the other beautiful beaches in Yamba - Convent Beach, Pippi Beach, Lovers Point, Turners and Whiting Beach, or a little further out is Angourie with Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky's Beach & Back Beach. Or choose from fishing and water sports in the Clarence River or Lake Wooloweyah. Park the car and walk to the gift stores, boutiques, grocerystores or cafes, bars and restaurantsin Yamba's Main Street, less than 400m away, or take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs. For those rainy or lazy days, you could catch at movie at Yamba Cinema which is also located just above the main street in Yamba. It is all so close. If you don't feel like walking, there's always the courtesy buses, which are run by both clubs, plus the Yamba Shores Tavern if you feel like a meal and a drink on the river.

Yamba's largest shopping centre, Yamba Shopping Fair is located on the way into town on Yamba Road, approximately 4kms away, or 9 mins drive. This facility includes a Coles, Target Country, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside this complex in Treelands Drive, arecafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.

Exploring the wonders of the Clarence Valley is a must whilst you are visiting. Maclean is a short 20 minute drive away from Yamba, and has wonderful ethnic Scottish elements for visitors to explore, including tartan painted power poles, recipes for traditional scottish feast displayed in the main street, the Scottish Shop, plus plenty of bagpipes. Iluka is accessible by car, 45-50 mins, or take the ferry from the end of River St and cruise across to Iluka, and wander up Iluka's main street towards cafes, gift stores, the Bowling Club,Sedgers Reef Hotel and the Fishermans Co-op.

Major towns of Ballina and Grafton are within an hour's drive, both with airports, largershopping facilities.

    Visa or Mastercard, however if you pay by this method, a credit card handling fee of 2% of the amount paid will be charged on top, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) require you to provide us with a photocopy of your credit card and drivers licence for security reasons.

    Cash payments can be accepted, over the counter at the Yamba Iluka Real Estate offices, however payments must still be made by due dates indicated, and prior to occupancy.
    A $500 - $1000 security deposit is applicable on all lettings. If credit card details cannot be supplied a CASH security deposit is payable. Any refund of security deposit will be returned by cheque within 14 working days of your departure date.
